Had the avocado toast. Very delicious. Totally recommend this place for delicious food and great service.
We ate here on a Sunday at about 10:45 am. It was very busy at first appearance, but turns out that most of the people crowding the front were actually waiting to pay. Kind of a dumb setup. We were seated fairly quickly and waited on fairly fast. We got coffee in a carafe. It was obviously from another table because it was 3/4 empty and lukewarm. After we ordered we drank a little coffee and waited and waited. I finally noticed our waiter serving food to people who came in ten minutes after us. I asked if we could have some hot coffee. When he returned he asked if we needed any thing else. I said that food would be good. He returned a bit later with food. My potatoes were ice cold. The eggs and sausage were cool, but at least my wife got a hot pancake. Never saw the waiter again until he bought a check. He did not ask if we wanted any thing else or ask how the food was. I then got up to pay and no one was at the register. A girl finally showed up and took my check and credit card. She handed the card back without saying a word. I noticed a credit card machine then so I paid my bill. She asked if I wanted a receipt but no "Thank you" or "How was your food?" Totally rude. I definitely would not recommend eating here!
Family of 3 that has a First Watch under a mile from our house- yet on Sundays we get up a little early to drive to Joplin to eat at First Watch before we go on to the casino.With 2 diabetics we love the wholesome freshness of all the food items and enjoy each visit.Service and Food Quality is Excellent and my Service Dog is more than comfortable with her window view that has became our regular table.
We can always count on fresh food and healthy drinks from here! You can always taste the freshness at anyone of their restaurants. Thank you for coming to Joplin!
very welcoming atmosphere with great waiters and waitresses, they don’t rush you out the door and they are overly checking on you. The food was great! I got the yogurt bowl that came with a really good muffin and the morning meditation to drink, my boyfriend got the Hacienda Hash and he said he loved it! First Watch is always worth coming to!!
Fantastic coffee, fantastic fresh food, eggs always perfectly cooked, service stellar—what more can you ask for? Joplin’s store is always a breath of fresh air as far as eateries are concerned. A big shout out to Cassie at Joplin. Service was superior, infectious smile, thankful we had her as our server!Thank you!

We love our local Joplin First Watch! The food is always delicious, the diner is always clean, portions are great and reasonably priced, and the servers are friendly! Today our server, Amanda, was so friendly and on top of things. Thank you, First Watch! PS the seasonal crab cakes are delicious!

This was our first time here, and we absolutely loved it! The food is phenomenal and not overly priced. Our waitress, Tarah, was fantastic and gave suggestions of items to try. She was very helpful and always made sure we had what we needed! We will definitely be coming back; they have us as customers for life! The atmosphere is great, the staff are friendly, and the restaurant is very clean.
