They are ridiculously expensive for their quality. They do have a couple of sandwiches that are good, but I will likely avoid the place in the future.
Excellent service great customer service I highly recommend this place and the food is amazing the Manager Daniel was very helpful very courteous walked us through the menu I had an excellent first time experience with Firehouse Subs I am definitely going back you all have my business from now on
Tasty food but can't seem to ever get the order right.
Came in 10 mins before closing and was told if I was ordering more than 3 sandwiches they would not serve me. I stated well you see that I have 4 people (my husband and two kids) I stated... so your telling me no he said yupp (This is not how you do business) We sat in the car and as soon as the customer that was already inside left the locked the doora at 8:53 clearly before 9.Really a sad, he wasn't even compassionate.
Very poor experience, we often go there at work and this evening I took my family out to eat there at 850pm. Only to be told they had shut down and where closing early. My wife said so are you not taking our order ? He said no we are closing. Made us uncomfortable we go here to support our local fire department and now we will not be back and have to support by donations directly. Poor excuse for management!
Delicious sandwiches they are hot, fresh, and definitely made to order. Staff was friendly, informative, and patient. Very clean establishment.
