The gentleman at the counter on Monday June 20th was very nice very helpful and even helped me carry out my order I don't remember his name but he was very nice and helpful!!

First time visiting a DQ. Around midday. Crew was very attentive and polite. Comfortable dining setting. The food was great. Our sundaes were AMAZING! Definitely recommended. Will return.

I had a $15 gift card so I went there and got my lunch and it was very good

I was dining with my two young children alone today. The staff were more than helpful and patient with us. What a breath of fresh air! Thanks!!

Went to this place today and they misunderstood our order! We ordered 2 small cheeseburgers and at the window and they handed up 2 blizzards. Would NOT let us get the order corrected! Kept insisting “that” was what we ordered! Ok, so my 96 yo friend went ahead and re-ordered 2 cheeseburgers again! We won’t be going back to this DQ ever again as if this is how the make their $, then SHAME ON THEM!!! Almost all places want to satisfy their customers, but NOT THIS DQ ON 32nd street in Joplin!!! He most certainly acted like it was coming out of his pocket! By the way, this happened during the lunch rush and we also wandered WHY THEY WERE “NOT BUSY AT ALL”! He also said they could make the cheeseburgers again, and have to wait a few minutes—THE WORST part of all was that he turned around, grabbed a bag and handed it to us immediately! What a ploy to make more more money!!!

Went in for a birthday dessert, choose the Heath pie and dairy free Dilly bar bought butterscotch bars also all was delicious!! Very delicious!

We used to be obsessed with this Dairy Queen. We went 2-3 times a week. Idk if there’s new management or what their problem is, but they are now infuriating. Their hours are constantly changing. Sometimes you can go as long as it’s before 10 and sometimes you show up at 8 and they’re already closed. They’ve lost so much of our business because they’re not consistent in anything. Their employees are rude and our ice cream is always dripping all over everything. I’m over it. You just lost a lot of money.

The workers were unsure of what our older consisted of, we only order 2 blizzards, 1 shake and 1 ice cream cone. We think we were charged twice for the cone but didn't receive a receipt. THe DQ was not busy when we pulled into the drive through.

Fries were ice cold, and my "caramel moolatte" tasted like straight thick caramel syrup! No offer of refund or replacement either!
