Honestly worst experience at any restaurant ever. It was the most filthy restaurant I have ever been in. Every single table was covered in food and trash, trash overflowing into the floor in all trash cans, urine puddles in the floor in the women’s bathroom. There was also no chips and no ice. My family should’ve just left as soon as we walked in and saw it. We had to take our food to go because there was zero clean seats/tables to sit at. Ultimately we ended up being too scared to even eat the food considering how dirty the entire restaurant was. It was all around an awful experience. Hopefully they make changes, because I can’t imagine how much business this restaurant loses if this is how it is all the time.
First time eating here. It was pretty busy. Still got Quick service. Pretty happy with the food. A little loud cause we sat right next to service counter.
Chipotle is fairly consistent most of the time. It seemed the guys behind the counter either lacked training or just didn't care. They were a disorganized mess. They counters were a mess and they were spilling stuff everywhere. Their portioning was all over the place. Taste good, but may not get what the nutrition guide tells you you are getting.
Out of every Chipotle I’ve eaten at across the country this one was the best one. All of the food looked very fresh, it tasted good, clean inside, and the staff was great.
I have had this happen twice now. I ordered a carnitas and steak bowl with double portion meat and paid for delivery only to receive a bowl loaded with cheese and sour cream with no meat?! I’m thoroughly confused….
Their were some really good people working there. Everyone was understanding and patient.
Prices sure skyrocketed with Chipotle but the food is still fire. If you've been, this is one of the better ones but none of them have staff that genuinely care. The tables were all filthy until we were about to leave their rush died down. To me, inexcusable as there were 5 behind that counter. Staff here did suggest food combos, and told me NO BEER is served there when it's clearly posted on ALL signs. But, whatever.
I'm highly upset with the glasses for water costing more then $2. Excuse was for the cost of the cup. RTE 44 water WITH vanilla, costs $1.03. For that reason alone rating decreased 3 stars.
Our server was very nice he was nice about helping find the not to spicy stuff he was fast but the chips were very stale .I gave up after three stale chips .The guacamole was good could have used some salt.
Ordered online, when i arrived to pick up my order, they were out of what I ordered for a drink. A $3 Mexican Coca Cola. So I nicely asked for a refund. Employee explained they don't do refunds and I would have to call a number to request one or I could have another drink. Ridiculous!! I chose how I want to spend my money, not you chipotle!
