The food was wonderful, our server, she wasn’t wearing a name tag, or I would have given her a shoutout for being very attentive to us and gave us fabulous service. Nice job guys!

We were there on Wednesday celebrating one of our sons birthdays. Our waitress was Connie. She was awesome even though they were shortstaffed in the kitchen. She is a Type 1 diabetic and so is my youngest son. she was so nice to him and even offered to make him a special drink since he couldn't have the one his brother was having. They even had the same insulin pump and glucose monitor. We were grateful to have her.
We waited nearly 10 minutes for a waitress to arrive at our table after being seated. She took our drink order and after that she decided to inform us of all the items unavailable on the menu. Maybe they should post a sign at the front or have the hostess inform patrons of all the missing items prior to seating. After ordering everything we didn't want, the waitress informs me "I can't substitute French fries for mashed potatoes". WAIT.... WHAT?!?! We have been substituting sides forever with Chili's. The service was extremely slow for an uncrowded restaurant early on a Wednesday evening. Food arrives 45 minutes after ordering and par for the course we had items missing. Ribs were dry, corn was cold and the non-substitutable fries were near burnt. This place and our experience was absolutely TERRIBLE. Avoid this place like the plague.
The server we had was awesome. He was attentive to our needs even though he seemed busy. the food cam out fast and tasted great. Overall just a good experience!
I will never come to another chilis in my life..... I ordered a petite sirloin... Dont have baked potatoes... Really... I was offered fries.. R u serious ? Ok a veg... No veg either. .. So my 20 dollar meal consisted of a 2 by 3 in around . it was 8 bites. Ok ive never been to an eatery that didnt serve a baked potatoe with a syeak and no veg. We spent 137 for dinner and 27 to kylee our server. I wish we could get our money back. We feel we wete ripped off. I would say any of this if it wasnt true. Calling manager today to c if we can get a refund... Sorry for a bad review but plz ppl beware. I should have known something was up when we arrived.. There was 1 vehicle in the parking lot..
So clean, food was cooked to perfection, and the staff was friendly and happy !

The food was amazing. The drinks we got was the special black cherry margarita which was super sweet and made both of us sick when we got home. Good food just not choosing that drink choice.
I ordered my lunch via door dash. In a hurry because I am the only person working in my office. I ordered Cajun Chicken Pasta. Apparently I ordered it with no sauce or any of the topping. AN OBVIOUS MISTAKE! I called Chili's and spoke with the to go specialist. She couldn't help me. Therefore, she got the manager for me. The manager pulled up the ticket and said that was how the order came in. Ok then.... how do we rectify the situation? She told me I could reorder. Didn't offer to have me come and get what was not clicked. Um it said it was Cajun Chicken Pasta with a list of toppings. Why would someone order chicken and hard pasta, by the way? I don't go there often.... not that they care. BUT I WON'T BE BACK
