The food was not very good. It looked much better than it tasted. Part of our order was wrong and had to be redone, the chicken for the fajita was a little dry and the drink was so strong with alcohol you couldn't even drink it. That was sent back and diet soda was the replacement. Very disappointing.
I am sorry to report that I had the steak dinner. It was tasteless. I used to love Chilli's. When I was in college I would go there to celebrate with an old timer with cheese cooked to order or their chili Tacos. They were the best. I wish I could get them again and have them taste the same as I remember
im so mad, i ordered a loaded baked potato soup and chips and i got a fry and a frickin corn. at least the chicken and my water is good.
It wasn't bad. My soup came out slightly warm and sent that back to be heated. Street corn was delicious, came out cold, sent that back to get reheated too. Drinks were good.
Service was amazing! The chicken enchilada soup was good, but not hot enough. I let my waitress know, and she took it back and got me a hot fresh one! My husband got the brisket burger, he said it was, hands down, the BEST BURGER he's ever had! That's saying a lot coming from a burger connoisseur!
The only good part about our visit was that our server was very very helpful. The food wasnt good. A member in our party got a steak and it got sent back 3 times and each time the steak was worse. In the end the manager ended up taking the steak dinner off and offering something else. After the member in our party ordered something else it took over an hour to get the replacement meal. Highly unlikely that we will be back!
Placed our order online and arrived at the pickup time and they seemed a little busy, but I was okay with it the staff seemed to be handling it just fine. We ended up having to wait a little extra for our food because of a mix up and the manager took it upon herself to give a coupon for our next visit because we had to wait. I couldn’t believe it. Our food was hot and tasted great, highly recommend. Staff were nice as well :) great customer service!!
The food was wonderful, our server, she wasn’t wearing a name tag, or I would have given her a shoutout for being very attentive to us and gave us fabulous service. Nice job guys!
We haven't been to the Joplin location since it opened. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was great.The food was delicious. We will be back.
Not my favorite place, but it will do when every other place is busy or closed. This visit was not the typical...the chicken was cold, but they fixed the issue quickly. The server was really attentive and nice. All in all, this location usually performs to expectation for a Chilis.
