We had a new girl and she was very good at keeping our glasses full. The manager came over and chatted when my husband asked for a bit. So he brought over a To Go bag and fashioned a bit for my husband. It was so fun! The food was delicious. We had pretzel bites with mustard, cheese & everything seasoning. And chicken tacos that tasted awesome! It was a little chilly for me - I was wearing a dress. Plenty of sports to watch on numerous tvs. We will be back.
If I could give this a zero stars a would . I have never in my entire life have received such terrible service and been so disappointed with a restaurant. I always order to go and never had a great experience but it wasn’t terrible so , I still went because I like the wings. Long story short the last time I went, the lady was super rude , my order had been in the warm over 40 minutes of me waiting for it to get done. After I asked for a refund because the food was not coming out the manager walked over did not say a word to me and tried to give me the wings. I said That all I wanted was my money back and he said he did refund. And here we are a month or so later and no refund. I can’t stress this enough, WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! I have no intention in returning!
Terrible experience tonight. Online takeout order - cashiers were rude - order was over 30 mins late - order was incorrect- had to then wait while they remade part of the order… while leaving the remaining part to get cold. :(
They are lucky to even get the one star. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, my meal came back, the fries were ice cold, my sandwich had nothing on it like the menu stated it came with. i bit into my sandwich and the middle of it was raw. the mgr came over and said he was embarassed. He took my meal off, okay fine he could or should of competed our ticket. just my husband and myself. The resturant wasn't even busy to have raw or cold food.

I've been there like twice now and I love their quesadillas I love the chicken wings and they're friendly help that you get when you order your food thank you to all the workers

Went last night for dinner. Wasn't acknowledged when we came in for at least 10 mins. After we were seated finally, our waitress got us our drink, and we didn't see her again for about 15-20 mins. When we finally got our food a good 35-40 mins later it was cold, and extremely disappointing. Highly DO NOT recommend this Buffalo Wilds Wings location.
They are almost always slow to seat you. The manager needs to get more staff in there instead of over working a skeleton crew. The crew that is there is great, but something needs to change.
Had a very nice dinner with kids! We got a booth back by the restrooms. I don't remember the kind man who served us but was very pleased with him serving us! Thank you for making our outing pleasant!!
