The last few weeks we’ve went there for ice cream with the family our service has been terrible! There is a young lady who works there in the evenings and I swear she doesn’t even speak. Doesn’t say a word just stands there and looks at you , you give her your order , she hands it to you and moves on. Not a word. Tonight they forgot to make one of our ice creams and she finally said are you waiting on something? Yes my ice cream you forgot. She stared at me with the rudest look and proceeded to say the guy is new. I said : So why are you not training him ? Not to mention I placed my order with you? She turned around and walked away. After finally getting it I went to go get a gallon of milk and she scanned it , never said a word about my total or anything, I paid and she walked off before I could grab my milk. What kind of customer service is treating your customers like you literally don’t want to speak to them. She always is like this and I’m over her bad attitude. If you hate your job that much find something different lady!!!
Seriously, slow! service tonight! Orders not correct. Not willing to help make it right. My husband ended up watching us eat because they couldn't get their act together. Asked three times to correct the order before paying and the cashier insisted it was added and correct... it wasn't. Manager said she would rather refund the given incorrect sandwich rather than make it right. Wow!
I always shop for ice cream here. If you have their ice cream nothing else compares. They used a different grade of milk. The first time I went there I asked the employee about what was different from their ice cream and Walmarts. She was very knowledgeable about what was in the ice cream that wasn't in ice cream at Walmart. If you are around there stop in and try the ice cream.
Generally fast and always friendly. Maybe it was the time of night ny last visit but the girl that took my card more or less snatched it from my hand. All I did was smile in response and said thank you once I was handed everything. Could have been a bad shift, no blame there it happens but recently it has gotten much slower. Possibly need to review process in kitchen.
They have alot more food products to buy than just fast food. Pies to bake hamburger, steaks, bread milk, chicken. I was impressed.
Very slow at getting orders out which is surprising considering they are typically over staffed. I had worked here several years ago but a lot has changed. I worked here for about a month, hiring sign always on door with plenty of people working already. Me and a few others got about 5 hours a week which we were told to get about 35 hours a week part time. Told hours we get are based on performance even though people who had been there over a year with terrible performance were getting close to 40 hours
Great ice cream as well as food (not a fan of the breakfast burritos but many people enjoy them)
Food was warm but not hot, got the wrong order, not impressed. Always like Braum's but seems like the quality has slide wayward, I got wrong burger but was already on road, even it was bland at best.
It is rare that I go to this location and they don't screw something up. The only reason I still go there on occasion is because it's the first drive through I see every morning. Food is what you would expect, but if you are in a hurry, definitely drive on to the next whatever. Turtles and snails are in awe of how slow this place is, typically.
Love their ice cream! And they have a little store where you can get milk eggs and the basics. Prices are comfortable if you are looking for an alternate place to shop or just need a couple things.
