The atmosphere was good friendly bartender ordered some nachos the hamburger was dry didn't care for the nachos at all
great vibe, killer staff, live music (even some killer Heavy bands) , nice sound system, pizza is wonderful, oh ya and pizza is wonderful? peace.
They didn't have pizza so that's sorta false advertising but bathrooms were so clean.

I love coming here for shows, but we always got here after the kitchen closed or just came to play pool. This was my first time eating their pizza. Perfect, crunchy, flavorful thin crust and red sauce. This is definitely on my list of favorite Joplin food spots now! We went with a fairly traditional ham and pineapple and added red onion. So good. And their beer selection is great. I hadn't had Smithwick's on tap for ages. Can't wait for the show to start!
Loved everything about my time at Blackthorn over lunch! The pizza was great, the location is fantastic, the restaurant is surprisingly large. I definitely want to go back when the place is hopping on a weekend night. I can’t wait to join the vibe that I’m certain comes alive in that place. Either way, Blackthorn is worth your time be it for a small lunch or to enjoy one of their over FORTY beers they have on tap plus a fully stocked bar. Just do yourself a favor and put a time on your calendar to try it out.
Everyone was so friendly and nice. Very low key except for the entertainers! Welcomed a grandma like me.
