Young man in the drive thru was very rude. I understand food service workers are busy but there wasn't anyone even behind me, and also he gave some of our food then shut the door. I was missing some items so I waited. He finally noticed and opened the window, gave one of things, then acted as if we were bothering him while waiting yet again for the other missing items. I tried to be polite, and don't think there was cause for the rudeness. I also have a job dealing with the public....I understand it's tough. But rudeness is never ok.
Dakota the manager has a great attitude..It seems like he had a lot on his plate. Cadarrein was also very nice to me! Held the door for me.
Ordered the grilled rubber and was disappointed. I through half of it away because it was mainly bread. There was little meat to the sandwich. The fries were hard and not fresh. Had this same thing in Eldorado kansas and they hands down did it better.
Really looking for the old Ham and Cheese but they don't carry ham anymore. Strawberry lemonade was amazing and everything else is always good.
Great food but, the service socks. As Carrie stated 3 months ago, the girl taking the order cut me off while I was ordering. I checked my receipt while waiting for the meal and discovered she only charged me for 2 sandwiches and fries. I ordered 4 sandwiches. I waited by the red rail. When I got my order I checked to find the fries missing. Someone brought them out as I was getting ready to go inside to get them. The fries were cold. These people need to be properly trained or don't work directly with the public.
Managers and staff are rude. Extremely slow, they do NOT care about you or your food, or how long you wait. Rudest management that I've encountered in Joplin. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, IT'S NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!!! Try the Arby's in Webb City, they're much nicer and quicker.
I usually go through the drive-thru because when I go here I'm looking for something quick and easy and fast they usually get my food right out
We like the food but the person they have taking orders in the drive thru needs more training. This is the second time my order has been messed up. When we hear this woman's voice we feel the need to change our order to make it easier for her. She cuts you off after you order one combo to give your total. We usually have three people to order for. She makes you feel rushed and often you have to correct her to get the order right. When we come back we will be going in because we know we won't get our order correctly.
Well one day I was searching for the best place to go and get a Reuben well every place that I called. Not one place had the Reuben sandwich so I was thinking hey Arby's has Reuben sandwich which is the balm if y'all want a good Reuben go to Arby's.
The food was okay, but not great. It was dirty especially for it being such a slow time when I was there. The bathroom was VERY disgusting. On the positive side no one got food poisoning!
