Came to Applebee's for dinner with a colleague on a Sunday. At 7pm there were plenty of available tables. We chose steak sandwich with fries, and chicken breast with mash. Food didn't take long, with a Belgian beer it was pretty perfect. Friendly service too,nothing fancy, but a good meal at a reasonable price.
Server was great and very attentive! Food was ok, wings were a either too saucy or not enough. The chips we got were basically from the bottom of the barrel broken little chips but they did bring different ones for us. The loaded waffle fries was a little on the something to be desired side, there wasnt very many fries and seemed liked they had sat in the window longer than they should have.
We arrived at the restaurant, walked through the front door and were immediately taken to our table. The food was hot, fresh and what we wanted. Our waitress was on top of everything. Even before we thought of asking for something, she was there to take care of what we needed. Highly recommend this Applebee's, I banned this restaurant from my life in the town that I live in, and would return again for another meal on my next visit.
Sadly, this restaurant has really gone downhill. The staff is friendly, but the food is not great. Our chips for the artichoke dip were so stale that they were chewy. My Alfredo sauce tasted like basic jarred Alfredo. So bland. The breadstick I got tasted like it had been frozen. Incredibly overpriced for the quality.
The food was unattractive and underwhelming. As someone who's been raised in this business, and served in this business for decades; I expected a little better. I will try again in 6 months. I hope whatever is going on at this establishment is fixed in this regard because it is affecting your clientele now.Humblest regards, I hope we tipped well, the SERVICE was amazing ?!!
Didnt have a long wait. Our waiter Cody V. was amazing! Remembered our order perfectly without writing it down even. He made the place feel like home and was friendly and welcoming. Great job Cody and Applebees! Someone needs to give him a raise!
One of the better Applebee's we've been to! Decent quality for the price. Always have had friendly staff! Good for a quick sit down meal. Typical American food eats!
Over priced! For $15 I got a very small piece of "steak" and an ice cream scoop of potatoes. No bread! I asked for rare but it was medium well done. The server informed me that bloody rare steak is unhealthy. The salad included 3 croutons. When I asked for more, the server said there would be an upcharge. I will not go back
I arrived a little early for my pick up. They we extremely nice at keeping me updated on my order. My order was cooked perfectly, everything was delicious! Thank you Applebee's staff for a great dinner!!!
Service very poor today. Steak wasn't cooked properly then I wasn't served my side. Kid didn't get her side. And we had to wait for our food too long. And we had to ask for drink refill. There are many good restaurants in this town to be this pricey and poor.
