For this location to be new it sucks. My 4th time coming and it’s always something wrong with my food. Don’t even waste your time coming to this location.
Atmosphere is welcoming. Staff is nice, one young man named Nathan went above and beyond to make sure we thoroughly enjoyed our food. We will be back!
I was given a 16 minute wait time for a pickup and waited almost an hour. There was only one order in front of me and when I arrived at the scheduled time for pickup I waited an additional 40 minutes before getting my incorrect order. All that and still didn’t even get my ranch or blue cheese? Your menu is just wings. Grow up and do your job. Absolutely absurd. This is the third time and last time. Re staff and retrain. Don’t waste your money.
The staff is always very friendly every time I order out. The food is always hot and ready on time.
Gross. The wings had the weirdest aftertaste, maybe they weren’t cooked all the way. I think I had enough oil in the bottom of my to-go box to fill a sauce cup. Would have been fine if I ordered a side of fryer oil. Fries were bland. Asked for all flats, they gave me a mix. Just very disappointing. I wouldn’t touch Wingstop again, not even with a 10 foot pole.
The rolls look super good....but they are extremely dry. The brownies were good and since it was our first time and it was close to closing we got 2 free brownies. The wings were OK! The best part was they let us try any of the flavors we wanted before we chose what we wanted! The guy running the cash register was fantastic!! I give it a 3 but I think after writing this I'll change it to a 4 because of the hospitality of the register guy!
This is the worst fast food experience I have ever had.I ordered from them at 3:05pm through DoorDash. I've eaten there before, so of course I thought nothing of it. Got my food, sat down to eat, and after a few bites I realized my food was really chewy and tasted off, so I bit a wing in half to look at the inside, and it was really raw. I tried to cut open another one, and couldn't even get my fork inside it was so raw. If I were to drop it on the table I bet you it would have bounced from being so rubbery and raw. So I called them at 3:49pm and spoke a male manager who apologized and said they would send a Dasher to me with new food. 5pm rolls around and I haven't received anything, not even a call. So I call again, only to be put on hold for almost 30 minutes. So I hang up and try to call again, twice, and the line was busy. No big deal. So I call again and get an answer. I spoke to another guy who said that I would have to contact DoorDash and send a Dasher to them for me to get my replacement food. So I asked for a refund instead. I can't believe I was served raw chicken at a chicken restaurant. Your job is to literally serve chicken, why can't you do it right? I have contacted corporate and hope to hear back soon.
Spicy Cajun came in clutch today for the game. Place was busy so order was like 5Min late no problem tho because of playoffs I’mSure. Only 2 workers back there tho & they did a excellent job on the wings. I called back & shared that they did a amazing job on the wings (perfect) Wingstop they need a raise !!! Will be back
We got Wingstop delivered. Chicken was hot and fresh& sauced well, the fries were a bit soggy because of them being delivered. A ton of chicken for a good price. My kids even loved the chicken tenders. Will be ordering again.
I've stopped in here a few times since they have opened. So far the food has been fresh and hot when I have ordered. The sauces have tasted good and had added flavor to the meal. Service has been fast and the staff friendly.
