Stopped through on Independence Day, they were doing a brisk drive-through business. I was about 8 cars back, but, because they were utilizing both windows effectively, the wait was minimal. Took about 8 minutes to get my food, which was hot and fresh, and packaged nicely. Kudos to Wendy's for getting it done on a busy night!
The Caesar salad was delicious! Unfortunately cash register prices don't match the receipt so my total was higher than expected. Not the best service and the dining room was messy. I am sure they were short handed :-(
Went through drive through and had to turn around cuz they forgot to give us straws for the drinks and our sauce. Guy at the window rolled his eyes at us and was very rude. Got home and while eating my sandwich there was a long blonde wavy hair in it. Food wasn’t good at all. Tried calling to let them know but no one answered. Will be going back tomorrow to get it replaced. Very disappointed, now have to find something else to eat tonight as I couldn’t eat what was given to me
Mgmt sucks they can't get stuff in order waiting in drive thru line. This be rebetition for the last 2 years since the covid.
I was traveling back to sullivan mo and decided to stop for a delicious juicy Wendy burger.As WE DONT HAVE WENDYS IN SULLIVAN.and I'm glad I did stop because the restaurant was clean.The staff was spectacular.All in all I enjoyed my time spent at that restaurant.Thank you for being there
It’s absolutely ridiculous to go out of your way to go to a business 15-20 minutes prior to closing time and they’re already long closed up. Very inconsiderate to run a business this way not to mention poor customer service. This is consistently how things are done here and I don’t plan on trying to spend my money here again.
I mean it's Wendy's. Wendy's is like the adults version of McDonalds. Grab a Spicey Chicken Asiago ranch sandwich or a baconator. Fries are fresh and their pineapple mango lemonade is the best ?
My sprite 0 was brown. Fries were cold and very old. Chicken nuggets, if you can call them that, were nasty. Burger was small, didn't even fit the bun.Very disappointed
Worst crew we've had. They lacked basic politeness and then we got our food.. wrong salad and my large strawberry lemonade had ice all the way to the top so the amount I got was not any more than a small drink.
Great place however they were supposed to open at 6 30 am and were still not open after 7.
