I lived in India for many years especially in the Punjab region, and love Indian food. I had heard good things about this restaurant so decided to check it out since the 2 Indian restaurants in Columbia where I live, are mediocre at best. I was not disappointed! The food is freshly prepared and the flavor authentic. I tried both the lamb and the chicken. I also love their desserts. The service was excellent and very friendly. I highly recommend them, it is worth the half hour drive.
Curry 'N' Grill is a such a wonderful place to eat! The food is always delicious and flavorful, and the staff are always so welcoming and cheerful. Their butter chicken is some of the best I've ever had, and I highly recommend for people, especially those who aren't familiar with Indian cuisine, to come and try it! Not to mention, they have the best chicken samosas around! I can't get enough of this fantastic place. It's definitely a regular spot for me to eat. I enjoy it so much, and so has everyone I've brought here to try!

What can I say besides the fact that I absolutely love this place? The food is amazing, and the staff are incredible. They’re so helpful and go out of their way to be accommodating, above and beyond. I lamented the loss of an Indian restaurant a few years ago, and have wanted one to come back to the JC area for forever. And I’m so glad that it’s The Curry N Grill! The food is better, the staff are better, and the atmosphere is better (no offense intended toward the buffet that was here a few years ago, at all.). I cannot recommend them enough. They’ve got a customer for life!
Making the drive to Jeff City from Columbia to eat at Curry n Grill is more than worth it. You’re going to be hooked and will keep going back for more. You’ll want to get the garlic naan every time. The Chicken Korma is exceptionally delicious. Seen in the pictures, chicken tandoori is extraordinarily beautiful as well as delicious. The ambience is comfortable and cozy. The owner takes your order at the counter with grace and kindness. They have thought of every detail. Absolutely one of my new favorite restaurants.
I have been missing Indian food since moving home after living in KC for almost 10 years. I was so thrilled when this place opened. Even my husband loves it and has requestes this on date nights. We’ve had the chicken tikka masala and chicken vindaloo and both were amazing. We also love the naan. Everything we’ve had has been delicious. The restaurant itself is clean and staff friendly. Definitely try it. You won’t be disappointed.
Great local spot for Indian dishes in mid Missouri.Definitely worth the trip if you're in Columbia. Don't be scared by the prices, the portions are great, the flavors even better.I enjoy spicy food, the heat levels are 1-10, went with a 7 which was warm but not hot. I'll definitely shoot for 9 or 10 next time.
