This Taco Bell is quicker than it used to be, has its fair share of fast food restaurant problems, but at least I can get them resolved.
At first when I pulled up to the box the man was kind of rude but then after like I started joking around with them about the Mexican pizza which they should bring back home he lightened up and they were pretty cool
It's the taco bell that's near me and everytime I go there my order is always wrong. Wasn't even busy. Ordered 2 $5 cravings box and a chicken quesadilla combo which is around $7 all together around $17 they got me 1 $5 craving and just 1 enchiladas and I told them my order is wrong they say that's what came with it and of course I can't prove it cause they never give me a receipt. There were still about $8 of food still missing. Taco bell on Missouri Blvd please use that extra $8 to hire workers that are a bit better than the ones who served me. I then went to to the taco bell on southwest Blvd to order for the missing food and they got it right and gave me a receipt. So taco bell at Missouri Blvd 1 out of 5 stars and taco bell at southwest Blvd 5 out of 5 stars.
Ordered a crunchy burrito,VERY soggy.since when did taco bell substitute rice for meat ? Very small amount of meat in taco and burrito.sure had more than enough rice.been about 2 years since I've been to taco bell.really gone bad in that time
It was good. Very polite employees, fast service, and my tacos were delicious.
The drive thru had a long line but they were getting the orders out fast so I didn't have a long wait
I love Taco Bell! I think the staff are friendly and fast. My problem is when/if you have an issue with your order…if you don’t catch it till you’re home and say something through the app, or call a mgr, they don’t care, they see no need to fix it. I supposed because they have a addicted customer base.
