Do not go after 9 p.m. Night shift can't make a single thing right. Got a all beef burrito instead of the vegetarian I ordered. Consistent problem.
It's Taco bell. What can you expect. On this visit they were out of large cups. Not bad service by the employees though. Always good employees at this location. Every problem I've seen has been a problem out of the control of the employees.
This is the 3rd time in a row that this taco bell messed my order up. Just now got home with my order. I paid to add sour cream to 3 chillie cheese burritos and not a single one had any. I also paid for a cheesy gordita crunch and I had to throw it away because it tasted stale like it had been sitting around all day, wasn't even warm, and was difficult to bite into. Gross!
So I ordered a Nacho Bell Grande and asked for XXX STEAK got home and no steak only a ton of beans .Sent it backby my son they gave 1 serving of steak .I will be going back!!???
I still have 6 tacos 3 days later lol well I'm going to eat them but I think I want them after a drunk night
Something about this place I can't put my finger on... it's a hit & miss. Sometimes they'll get the order perfect ?, where sometimes it's way off...as if it's someone else's order. But we come back mostly due to the customer service ??

Was in a hurry and hungry. Went to get a taco. It was good but most of it ended on my -shirt.
I literally sat in the drive thru, at the window, for over 7 minutes. That's a long time in a drive thru.
The cheese was spilled out in the bag and the girl at the drive thru window was not very pleasent
