The best taco bell experience of my life. If you're lucky enough to live close to this oasis considered yourself blessed. Great staff and great food.

I only go to this taco bell because it's the closest and they used to be perfect and almost a year now they have gone down hill they never get my order right or forget something exp. the cinnamon bons everytime they forget them it's ridiculous!!!!
Stopped to get a drink Abe the person on the speaker and at the window were both amazing and kind!! Unfortunately I didn’t get their names but this was the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell!
Tanner and two other guys were the only ones working and they still were courteous and our food was hot and the order was right. Big props to these gentlemen they made the visit awesome.
This was yesterday (Sunday, May 23, 2022). I spent (literally) 1 hour from the time I pulled onto the lot until I received my food (61 minutes). I got food for three people ($25.72) and received eight items (2 Burrito Supremes, 2 Crunchy Beef Tacos, 1 Beef Doritos Lost Taco, 1 Fiesta Potatoes, 1 Nacho Bell Grande, and 1 Nachos (Chips N Cheese)). Everything with nacho chips was wet, oily, and tasted like old cooking oil. All 3 tacos looked like they had been stepped on (almost that bad), and the tortillas for the burritos were so dry and hard they ripped and fell apart just from being picked up. They ended up being eaten with a fork and just eating the filling out, because the tortillas were too tough, dry, and hard to chew.
We were going through Jeff City late I've night and the staff was friendly even though they were out of stuff. They did they're best to accommodate our order. I believe it was May 3-22 when we were there.
This place has an automated greeting when you pull up to the drive thru speaker and a sign on the speaker that reads closed for repairs but nobody is there repairing anything and the automated greeting is still turned on. So there's a line of customers on their limited lunch breaks pulling up to a speaker that greets them so they give their order only to wait and eventually pull around to nobody being inside. I give one star for lack of effort and customer service would it have been to much of a task to put a sign up at the ENTRANCE OF THE STORE letting customers know it's closed and maybe turn off the automated greeting. Now dozens of working people will go without lunch because they will have no time to go somewhere else. I can't believe the amount of incompetence and thoughtlessness of the managerial staff at this place.
I love going to this location late at night. The drive through crew truly love their job. They are always funny and polite. Great job
Got a Free dr pepper. Put a smile on my face. And i didnt know you could get the taco belle food vegitarian too.. cool
