This Subway is really really good? Every time I go to Jeff City , if I'm hungry & feel we like a subway. I go to these guys. They make a kind of a sandwich nobody can make

Servers are always friendly and make excellent sandwiches . Very clean place . We enjoy eating there as often as we can .

My bread was burnt tasting and too crispy on the outside and dough on the inside. I sent and email to corporate hoping they would remedy the situation. Instead they sent me a bunch of meaningless emails including the franchisee of this location. I won't be back to any subway after this experience. Complete waste of money.
Terrible customer service, would not honor a coupon on the subway app because the coupon would not scan due to his scanner being broken. It was awful all the way around.
Service was great, and food was good.
Ordered online to this location by accident and tried to cancel literally less than one minute later and they basically told me too bad. Online ready time was over one hour so why was my sandwich ready in one minute?? Guess online orders sit around for an hour so beware.
The manager is extremely rude to customers. Avoid this place at all costs.
