My staff wanted something different than our restaurant. They chose Steak and Shake.Jessica was my server. The order was done quick, accurate and hot. She and the cooks were great!
Great customer service, everyone we encountered was very pleasant, food was very hot and fresh, prices you can't beat either!
Nick was our server he was Very fast and friendly service was great even cleaned up the two drinks that my kids spilled with a smile. Wonderful experience thank you ?
I’m not from here I’m from the north, I was just passing thru with my step mom and dad on our way to Minnesota decided to try a Steak ‘n Shake for the very first time, and honestly I wish we had some up here where im from. That was overall the greatest experience I’ve ever encountered. Steak burger was phenomenal. Great work to the cooks whoever you all are.

My first time at a Steak 'n Shake. Definitely enjoyed the shake. I liked the affordability of the items on the menu and the taste of the product was acceptable to my standards. I'd say it's easy to see why folks I've met around these parts have recommended it as a good pick me up in terms of chain restaurant.
Because I can't give any less stars... Service was poor none of the servers were that friendly food quality is very poor. 20 minutes to get a vanilla shake and when it finally came out it had stuff from 3 other kind of shakes. 10 minutes to get to sodas remade. The manager Cody I believe was his name, made excuses instead of trying to fix any of it. Sanitizing..... That's A joke the servers put used menus on top of the other menus and just kept reusing those menus. Expected better service considering they was not busy at 545pm.
I honestly would give this place ZERO stars, but since one star is required. I have previous experience working at a Steak 'N Shake, so I am aware of the challenges it can bring. However, twice now my family and I have gone in just for the server to disappear or be very short (like they had something better to do). Today my children made a mess with a chocolate shake and we were trying to get it cleaned up. The server brought out supplies and then disappeared. Not even bothering to finish taking our order. He did bring out the chili my husband ordered and another side dish, but that was it.Other than very poor service, the building is dirty with overflowing trash.
One server, but he did work his butt off. The food was great and we did not have to wait too long. The dining area was a mess, but being short staffed, I could see why.
Good shakes but the burgers were the actual worst I've ever had and I've been to multiple S&S locations that were great. A dollar menu McDonald's burger would've been better
