I usually don't leave reviews, but after my last handful of visits, i felt compelled to do so.In the last 10 days, we've visited this location about 5 times, twice today. 4 of the 5 times our order was made improperly. One order was so bad, we ordered 4 items and all 4 items weren't correct. For example, ordered our son an OREO/PEANUT BUTTER/REESE'S shake, he got a cheesecake shake. The people are great, friendly, but more effort needs to be put into making sure the correct order is delivered. I don't mind waiting an additional 5 minutes to ensure my food is correct and fresh. I am very patient, having worked in the customer service industry a majority of my life. I'm just tired of getting all the way home, only to realize my order isn't correct or having to spend extra time verifying it before i leave. As i said, people are great. The quality and accuracy of the order leaves much to be desired.

This place is awesome! The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I could tell it was prepared with love. The staff were extremely friendly and catered to our every need. I highly recommend this location for great food, wonderful service, all at an excellent price.

Me and my friend had the best experience there! They got the order out fast and the food was absolutely delicious! I ordered a Super Sonic Bacon Sounle Cheese Burger and it literally changed my life! 10/10 would eat again!

So tired of their ice cream machine not working. Ordered from the app and it didn't register my full order. Also never said anything about not being able to do floats until we got to the store! The last four times I've gone just to get a float and not able to because of some reason.

HAHAHA, omfg, here we go.So, we wanted a small shake...they said they were out of small cups. We asked if they could put a small sized amount in medium cup and just charge us for a small. They said they could...but would have to charge us for medium!?! It's literally a .02 cup...we didn't want medium, we wanted a small and it's not the consumers fault that this store failed to have small cups.Also, same lady on the drive through then said they weren't offering small anymore and when we mentioned the menu sure has a small size still listed, they sounded annoyed and we canceled our order. What's a dumb thing to have to waste time on.

drive thru..ordered burrito..tater tots and a plain uncooked hot dog. for dog in the truck they replied " we don't serve hot dogs" ???

The service was lousy the people were lousy it took him four times to get my order right and then they came out and threw it in my lap the fourth time they came out I have never seen nothing like this

We asked for 13 ranch cups in the app and they put exactly 13 ranch cups in the bag. Amazing.

We tried the new Dill Cheeseburger. IT IS SO GOOD! We got it half price through the app. My fiance who hates pickles, loved the burger.

Went there with my kiddos for just drinks, said 3 times it was a strawberry lemonade slush still came out with it just a drink?, then the girl took the drink back to make it right but before even that she came back out for payment, I said I pay for it when it comes, and really it takes 15 minutes to make a slush? And I I did hit the cash button so why is she asking if I'm paying by card or cash..this location is not great been here a few times and it's always something!
