Although speed varies from day to day, they are usually very quick to get your food to you, whether you pull up to one of the ordering booths or go through the drive thru. I have always received my food hot and the staff is very kind and accommodating. Also, there’s nothing like sonic tater tots.
I’m not happy with some of their products since the new management took over. I rarely post reviews and hope this finds its way to the management. I have been to this Sonic twice in the past month. First time I wanted to order the grilled chicken sandwich. It was delicious (and not breaded)! I was told the new management discontinued this item. I got the breaded chicken sandwich. The chicken was okay but the bun was awful. The previous delicious bun was now hard and tasted stale. Figuring it was just a fluke, I went again today and ordered the same thing. I should have taken it back. The chicken was poor to fair and the bun again was the same stale bun as it was several weeks ago. What’s going on here?
The drive through window worker was the rudest person I have ever had. She handed us a milkshake with ice cream running down the sides of the cup. When we politely asked her to clean before giving it to us she said her hands were full so we should just take it. Then we asked her to clean with a wet towel and she told us it would make the cup wet. Finally, she half way cleaned it with a paper towel and it was still sticky. At last we asked for our own paper towels to clean it and she still wanted to argue.Worst customer service imaginable.Do not go to this place of business!
Clean! Way cleaner/nicer looking than all of the Columbia Sonics. Friendly carhop too.
First time at this location. Great fast food. We sat at a table on the patio. Friendly staff. Only minor mistakes on order fulfillment - we had to scrape cheese off a burger and I got cherry lemonade instead of cherry limeade. But hey stuff happens. Always enjoy eating at sonic.
Worst sonic in Jefferson City.Dry food, in my tots tonight I got a mixture of french fries, cheese curds & tots since everything is thrown in the same fryer. Our hot dogs were absolutely disgusting, they felt like rubber & we got small drinks with our order….Get it together.
I love sonic but sometimes it doesn't come out right. I would like to be able to give them 5 stars.
The food is always good, and their ice tea is my favorite.
Much better than my last visit. Oil still tasted overused. Stall/mobile service is faster than drive thru...or it was the night I visited. Overall, a much better experience than my last.
First time at this location. Got my order wrong and didn't catch it till I was all the way across town. Liked the drive through, but dang!
