The employees are the best, so nice and helpful.And there hasn't been anything that doesn't taste great!!!! Absolutely stop when in Jefferson City.
One of the best popeyes I've eaten at outside of the New Orleans area. The chicken is done right. Always good.
The chicken is dry and has a bad taste, mashed potatoes and gravy tasted terrible, and even the biscuits weren’t good. I don’t recommend anyone go there.
Never good. Chicken is always dry and hard like it was cooked yesterday and then left under heat lamps all day.

I ordered a 3 piece tenders meal and received a 3 piece meal that the spice gave me immediate heartburn. Raise prices, cut quality and service. Way to go Popeyes.
I usually love their chicken but this time it was nowhere near as good as usual. I ordered spicy and got regular. It was expensive and the pieces were very small.
Waited for 17 minutes as the only car in drive thru for a single chicken sandwich, nothing else. One person in line on the inside. I have no idea what took so long. Figured they hatched, raised and butchered the chicken and cooked fresh to order, but when the sandwich came, it wasn't even hot, so I don't think that was the case. At this point I just hope they didn't mess with my food somehow. Basically threw it out the window to me without saying a word. Back to Chick-Fil-A from now on.
Chicken was less spicy than I remember...why? Biscuit was solid and resembled a hockey puck with butter. Why did Popeyes take all their sides away? Onion rings and cajin rice were awesome but now gone. Someone at corporate ruined popeyes.
