Orderd 51 dollars worth of food ans waited 2 hours and the food was never delivered. I understand being short staffed but wow it would of been better just to say I don't think we can get it delivered instead of were gonna send the driver almost 3 hours after ordering.
Horrible ! I ordered 2 pizzas they had door dash deliver my pizza I had a 50$ And he didn’t have change I called papa Johns and they asked the dasher to bring the money and they will send him with change to bring back to me. The driver never returned with my change ! And I was never reimbursed , the manager for papa johns said they will void my order and bring my 50$ back . They did not will not be ordering them nomore
Ordered, waited 2 hours and still the same excuses. Don't really understand but was going to tip substantially. Guess I'll skip supper tonight.

Pizza is yummy and hot. Wait time is not bad. Delivery was by a nice person who left food were asked to leave it. I did get the chance to speak with him and enjoyed our brief conversation.
Walked in and delivery people walking around eating and licking their finger just before going through finished products to find orders. When I said something to the guy taking payment, he just looked at me like a deer in headlights with no response. Very poor service and unclean. I won’t make this mistake again. I understand how restaurants work but at least try to hide it from customers.
delivery service was wonderful, eli brought us our pizza safe and sound, and was very polite. the quality was beautiful and i ate the whole thing

Really enjoy this Papa John's. I've lived in Jefferson City for 25 years and I've never had a bad order from this place!
