Loved the food, was delicious, staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this restaurant when in Jefferson city

A cup of dark roast in drive-through that was on the cold side of Luke warm and had an undrinkable flavor. I watered my lawn with it.

If my first and only Panera Bread experience had been like this one, I would’ve been a fan LONG time again! The food, service, cleanliness, food turn over time was terrific. They handle our very large BUS LOAD of TEENAGERS like a champ. All the food was fresh and oh so good! If all the Panera Breads are as good as this one then I’m a fan from now on! BUT… and it pains me to write this…they have to get an efficient dishwashing service cause YUCK! I took my 8th spoon to the bathroom and washed it in the sink!

We were welcomed by the manager as we entered. Great atmosphere and plenty of seating. They used to deliver your order to your table but now give you a light up indicator when it is ready.

Haven't been here in awhile. Panera isn't the same as it used to be, not in a good way. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Good service and cleanliness has not gone away.

Um i just got this, this morning. I tried calling 3 times and the phone kept hanging up. I started called at 11:15am so maybe the lunch rush started. Anyways this smells bad, and looks expired. There's no date. But it says Ashley? Why does it say Ashley?

I really enjoyed this Panera and the workers there. It was nice for a few of them to take the time to converse with me. I had traveled from out of town and needed a place to get some work done and this was where I landed. I really just wanted a place to jump on the Wi-Fi and sit in a comfortable place, and I found that, but the workers were friendly and went out of their way to engage me. The restroom was clean too. I’m glad I stopped.

Enjoyed steak and white Cheddar sandwich and small Greek salad. Bother were delicious..Ordered a chocolate croissant for later, which was also excellent.

My family loves their cinnamon crunch bagels. I drive 46 miles round trip to purchase them. Went on a Tuesday at 10:45 am they were out. So drove again Wednesday morning at 8:50 am . They were sold out. $20 bucks in gas and two hours time still no bagels. Decided to try on line ordering, went on line at 7:00 am Monday morning to pick up at 9:00 am said not available. I give up, best bagels around if you could just purchase some. Think if I sold out that much I would learn to make a lot more to satisfy customers. They will no longer be on my weekly list of businesses to help support.
