I eat there every chance I get the food is amazing and customer service is beyond great.
Although it's good food, it shouldn't cost $30 for a bowl and burrito with queso and chips
Ok... Where do I start... For starters if you want the best service, you want to go during day shift!!!!! If you don't care about having a good experience or service go during the evening.... The women on during the day great you with a smile, warmness, friendly & wanting you to come back. As where when me & my husband came back that evening it was a total disaster...we felt rushed even though no one else was in line. My order was wrong, it didn't have everything I asked for (due to the guy rushing me & half listening) both my burrito & my husband's burrito were dry. If it wasn't for the most wonderful experience we had that morning...I would give this restaurant a 2 star... But because of the wonderful experience that the ladies on day shift, I give them a 4 Star & we will be back, but during the day time ONLY!!!!!!!!???
Reasonably tasty food, decent help, quick service and clean shop
We are from out of town and had never heard of Pancheros before so we tried it. It was AMAZING! We had a chicken burrito, chicken quisadilla, chips and queso and steak tacos. Incredible! I hoghly recommend if you're in the mood for good food!
Ate here for first time. Had a bowl and it was excellent..very fresh tasting ingredients and staff were efficient and friendly.
Aside from excellent food. The staff is friendly and quick. I am there several times per week for Doordash. Never had to wait long for an order. last time I was in there, the DD order was way down on the list. There was few people in the restaurant and they bumped it up to the top. They didn't have to do that. They have an awesome staff!
My son introduced me to this place and I absolutely love it!
First time here and will definitely be back! Great taste, fast, friendly, and not expensive at all. Set up like a subway with the way you order. Definitely different than most restaurants but great!
