The fried chicken was good but everything was pretty basic.
A good country fried hometown diner style place. We have the country fried steak, shrimp and fries and the fish and chicken platters. All the meats were good, the green beans were good country style and the portion size was good.
Great homey casual atmosphere. Sides served family style. Generous portions, food was fast hot and tasty. Excellent service.
1st time here. Would be a regular place if we lived here. We had family fish dinner with all the trimings and was as good as the best ever.
Real good home cooked food with great service. If you haven't been check them out you will not be disappointed.
Really good food and if you buy the all you can eat option, it's worth the price. I do not recommend a single plate version, the cost to food ratio isn't great.
Amazing family style dinner. All you can eat catfish, fried chicken, and/or country ham. Ice cream for dessert and drink included...can't beat the price!
We are here a few years ago and I can't wait to come back. Hopefully this summer only a 2 hour drive from St. Louis. The food was worth the drive. Fried chicken was the best.
I was able to call ahead to be placed on a wait list. The seated us ahead of the promised time. The staff was friendly and eager to take care of our needs. We were a party of 8.
