Renovated space, streamlined for self-service. Great for a quick pitstop off the highway, easy to get in and out, clean bathroom. Visited on a weeknight when there was a steady line in the drive-through but hardly any customers dining inside. Ordering from the kiosk was quick and easy, not much of a wait, and the staff (who mainly were working in the back busily filling drive-through orders) were friendly.
For as busy as they were they kept up but got a few orders mixed up in the process. Always very clean and welcoming friendly staff. The teas never seem to be made. Good experience overall. And the bus stop is just out passed the entryway across from subway. They were quick to get us our food while we were waiting for transportation so we didn't miss it.
Quick service, fresh food, and friendly staff. My order was 100% accurate which I appreciated. Definitely recommend this location!
Not enough employees at the Eastland Dr McDonald's. Even though it's raining they should have people pull to the reserve spots. Line was wrapped around the building .. get some employees that don't play on there phones while there is a long line thru the drive thru!!!!
Food was fine but they really do need to update their lobby hours because it's not 5am to 11pm.
Wish they still had the two for six sandwiches but the prices seem to be going up and the service is going down but prices are going up everywhere please switch to drive through and work a little bit faster
Don't come here at night for a quick bite, they will be just talking in there not doing their job. There will be no other customers, you are the only one in line at the speaker. The website says they are open, the lights are on, and when you drive by they are just talking not working. Also if they do manage to answer you which they have before, even if you are the only one count on waiting 30 minutes or more. Don't come to the Eastland Mcds. Unless you want to wait up to an hour for food even with short lines.
Inside was open and both drive ups were open. There was only one person working the register. He seemed new and seemed very nervous. My order was to go. Good Job!. Wait was a,little long. Five people working the kitchen.
Would have been better if my buns weren't all crowns lol but still tasty
It's the Golden Arches. You know what to expect. Got 2-filet of fish. Good eats. Good hydrates.
