Sunday morning manager...lazy. Would not take our order told us to use kiosk.Soda...no carbonation.No ice.Not a clean table in the place. Had to clean one ourselves.Constant complaining from behind the counter. (Workers)
Breakfast at McDonald's is typically a straightforward process. After 22 minutes of waiting, our cold coffee was all we had to wash down McMuffins that were not toasted.McSkip breakfast at this McDontDoIt's.
Great service here. Just wished when ordering through app that you can choose table service and bring your food. You have to go to the counter.
The employees were talking about another guest in the building laughing at them and making fun of her. I know if I could hear them, so could she. That was very rude and unprofessional. I called the manager over around the corner, so we could've kinda spoke in private. The manager acted like she was dumbfounded, like she had no clue what I was talking about. Crazy thing was , she was part of the group that was doing it. . I felt so bad for that young lady, who was Maybe just a Liless fortunate
MO blvd location...The inside was dirty.. standing water in the lobby. Trash and old food scattered the floors around the trash cans and under the tables. We walked out with our food to sit in the car questioning if we should even eat it.
I don’t eat here very often and I guess she misheard my order but it was quickly and efficiently fixed at the pick-up window!
If I could give a zero star review I would. First it’s nasty inside and food took 45 minutes cus they weren’t doing anything and just talking and it was stale and cold and the burger was raw.
Went to eat lunch and it took forever to be able to order had to take my son into the bathroom and there was a open bottle of chemicals in the stall. Finally orderd and got our food went to sit down and there was trash and dead flies in the window behind us. Dust everywhere. But the food of course was good.
This place is so dirty and disgusting. The bathroom was gross and the soft drink section was covered in spills all over. It looked like a dump. It was really sad. They just didn't have anyone to clean I guess.
Food is consistent and fast. Frequently closes inside.
