I went thru drive thru and ordered a 2 piece, all white combo. I paid and was told to drive to the front as they were dropping original recipe. 20 minutes later I was asked if I would take extra crispy instead of my original recipe. I agreed. I finally got my meal and it was wrong. The extra mashed I had paid for was not included. I had to go in and wait another 10 minutes to get my mashed and gravy. This is not acceptable

I'm not sure what is happening or going on... But a 10 minute wait turned into a 45 minute wait...to see customers come in after me & my husband... Place their orders, get their food & leave... While we're still waiting. We get part of order & it's not fully cooked, I don't understand what's going on. I felt like me & my husband was being punked or pranked.... Jesus... Take the wheel!! Popeye's it is

My wife went in to get the family food. My son was in there and they ignored him so my wife went in. She was verbally attacked by the lady who said she was the gms brother in the lobby. When it was all said and done she was told she'd get a refund. The manager had her swipe her card and we were charged a second time. When I complained I was told that she couldn't refund an order done on the app, so either she didn't know or she did and maliciously did it. It was in front of a police officer that they called and he saw she left with no food and that there was supposed to be a refund that never happened. We didn't receive any food that we payed for and I have the receipt and the charge on my account. Would like my money back and to forget about kfc. I saw that the owner responds alot on here and that's got to be faster than corporate is. And by the way already called that number you as the owner tell everyone to call. So if you're not gonna handle your business as the owner don't put that corporate number up to answer me.

On April 7th I pulled into the drive-thru just before noon. ( I know .....what a weird time for lunch, right?)After waiting a bit I looked more closely at the menu & noticed the sign taped above the menu stating hours had changed to Open At 12:00Hmmm...,ok.Looked at my watch and it was 11:57. Rather than drive somewhere else I decided to just wait the 3 minutes until they opened. I began reading my emails while waiting when I noticed a woman get out of a car & came over to my window & stated they weren't open. I glanced at my watch & said, " it's almost noon, I'll wait". She said they were "DELAYED" wouldn't be open for a while. She then waddled back to the car, got inside and her companion and she finished eating their POPEYE'S!!!!!!If the manager/owner has this little regard for this business, they should sell or close it. Absolutely No Excuse!BTW, both Lee's Chicken & Popeye's Chicken ( both just down the street)were open and doing a BRISK business.TO THE OWNER OF THIS LOCATION: YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF FOR ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN. I can't stand this place every single time I come here they are ether closed or completely out of anything that can be ordered. When I look online it will say they are open,but when I drive up there they are closed. This time they have a paper on the drive thru speaker saying they will close at 5:00. It was just before 4:30 when I pulled up and read the paper, and guess what they are closed already. I just don't understand why they are so bad.

Food was fine however, we were charged twice for one order. So instead of the $13 we initially thought we spent, there is two separate charges for $13 (total $26 debit our accout). When the employee asks to swipe your card twice; don't comply because transaction probably already went through!!!

Decided we wanted chicken, ordered online and when we went to get the food they told us we ordered to much and they could not get the food for us. We ordered 2 8 piece meals. Guess a chicken place doesn't have chicken. How or why are they even still open.Guess we will be going to Lee's chicken right up the road.

Someone needs to know this. Saturday Feb 20, 2022. I pulled into the drive up at 10 after 12. Was ask if I could pull around and wait for about 20 min because she wasn’t ready. Said she was the only one there and didn’t have a cook. I understand that people are unreliable right now. However this is the THIRD time this has happened to us. I noticed a car pull up behind me and talk to the person inside. We drove up the road to Lee’s Chicken ( for the third time) and ordered our 20 piece chicken dinner. Noticed the same car behind me. Two of your customers had Lee’s Chicken that day. Get it together KFC or your not going to be there very long. First of all was rushed ordering. Then get my food home and have gravy but no mashed potatoes. And ordered a 4 piece tender chicken meal and only received 3. Tried calling but no one answered my call. Very disappointed will go back to lee’s from now on.

Used Door Dash. Delivered the wrong order and was not happy. I got cold fries and a chicken sandwich for $23.41. Never again!
