Oh my goodness! What a fantastic little restaurant. This was enough to feed two people, it was a unexpected surprise. We will going back soon to try their homemade sirloin burgers.
We Hit this place up for my wife’s birthday looking for something different, we left full and happy with everything the Cuban is everything it says on the menu and more great flavor. The nachos are everything I feel nachos should be when it comes to nachosThese guys are doing it right when it comes to the pulled pork this coming from a local KC boy, it’s on point with no sauceYou gained a new customer keep doing what your doingThank you
They definitely have the best burger and wings in Jefferson City MO...and being able to see them prepare your food through the window from outside on the curb, add a little more to overall ambiance??
Stopped by this afternoon with my family on our way back to the Kansas city area from a Float Trip. I had the DAT tacos which were really good. My niece had a portobello mushroom sandwich(Hellz Bella). She loved it! My nephew devoured his nachos. Great place to eat. Will stop there on future trips.
Great brisket burger. Baked beans were fabulous!! Pork rinds and sauce yummy. Little hole in the wall. Worth the trip.
Tasty and Hot food!! Will definitely go back!! Their seasonings and sauces are on point and provide a unique flavor!
Great food!!!! Tiny bldg. and super smoky and crowded inside. It's best to order online, then pick it up and eat outside or at home. Soda is served in a can but it would be nice to have a cup of ice so the drink doesn't get warm.
The burger was absolutely fantastic. I am glad that I ordered it. The pulled pork looked quite tasty also.
My fiance and I drove 45 minutes to try JQ's on High Street at the suggestion of my father in law. We were not disappointed. We both had their famous burger with cheese and bacon, both had fries and I had their cucumber salad. It was delicious. The food was prepared perfectly, everything was flavorful, and neither of us left hungry. Everything was very fresh, the employees were friendly, and the space was clean. We talked about the quality of their food the entire ride home. Their dining area only seats approximately 16 people, so this isn't a place you want to take a crowd. However, if your party is just two or three people, if you can take it home, or grab it and go to the park you should stop. We will be driving back for another meal.
Food was excellent! Got the street corn nachos, and they actually replaced the pulled pork with shrimp for me! (it was a Friday during lent). They have several gluten free options, which is nice as I have Celiac and there aren't a ton of gluten free food places in town.
