Slow! 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Only 2 employees working, the staff were friendly just overwhelmed by the work load.

This location has terrible service. We came in after a ball game at 8:20pm (closes at 9pm) to grab a few subs to go. They were cleaning up, no one around, locked the soda machines and never unlocked them for us, put all the to go orders in front of ours. They gave us dirty looks when we walked in and told others that walked in that it would be 15 minutes before they could even get to their subs and turned away others coming in the door. When we asked for things like Mikes way, we got a dirty look and a “there’s other subs in front of yours” we will get to it when it’s your turn. Glad we are from Columbia where the Jersey Mike’s has WAY better service! Won’t be back!

Ordered from Uber eats and got the original Italian giant size with the rosemary parmesan bread. Excellent tasting and good size portions of meat on the sandwich. I'll recommend this one every day all day!!!!!

Jackie and Jason gave this gave this place a 5 star giving it a 4 though because had I dealt with the same people I usually deal with this would be a whole different review The food has always been fabulous up until today I've never had the customer service that Jackie and Jason provided though...almost all the other employees I have encountered reflect poor attitudes just wanted to give these 2 a shout out for their teamwork displayed and upbeat attitudes that reflect their jobs and impacts the customers in a positive manner
So today was the second time to stop here and the last. My Big Kahuna cheese steak and big laguna chicken cheese Luke warm when I picked order was scheduled for 230pmi got there at 223pm went to restroom saw an order it was mine. Ask for cut into and wrap separately they only cut had to get them to wrap separately. Ordered and paid for extra meat and extra cheese didn't get extra. And only like 3 mushrooms. This was very disappointing. Won't stop there again just stick to the best one in Springfield Mo where they know what they are doing. Also who puts cold soda in with hot sandwiches. So messed up warm sandwiches and warm soda very sad.
Omg amazing samiches. Last time I had a sandwich this good was in Chicago. I got the classic Italian and the Philly.?
