The service could have been better the manger was very nice. Our order taker was having a bad day such a sweetheart. The food was good but my wife couldn't eat hers
Sat at our table for 20 minutes without any service, nobody would make eye contact with us. Finally asked one of the waitresses if we could have someone help us she was nice and went to find someone and they all stood around confused as to who’s table it was. When we received our food all of it was cold. Definitely not a good first experience.
This was my first time in this IHOP in Jefferson City. The place looks small from the outside but when you enter, it extends out the back into a woody area. Lots of sun and trees. You forget that you're on a busy street. The staff were busy and the diners were a mixture of young parents and senior citizens. We ordered off the senior menu and the food was good and filling. It was a pleasant experience.
Rap music at 8am during breakfast. Food was bad tasting. Asked for Well done hash browns and got raw potatoes. Got sirloin tip and they had some spice on them but it tasted like they put it on 3 minutes before it was served. It didn't tasted like something I wanted for breakfast....well it tasted so bad and was as tough as old shoe leather. Never go there.
food was mediocre at best, hashbrowns were cold, and we were there before 8am we were heading home from a wedding and I guarantee we will never be back, waitress was not helpful and kinda acted like she didn't care even after telling her of our dissatisfaction. we don't normally say much but this restaurant was not up to par today..
This visit was very good! Our server had bright pink hair but we do not remember her name! Food was amazing!! ( breakfast for dinner) We tipped her extremely well! We want to go again very soon! Only issue was hardly any avacado and jalapenos on my spicy pablano omlet but I didn't complain, it was still delicious! We cleaned our plates!!!
Deb was an awesome server. I was thinking about asking for hot sauce and she brought me hot sauce. My son asked for double bacon, sausage links, and no ham. They gave him double bacon, two slices of ham and no sausage links. Deb made it right within minutes. Service is where it's at.
Our server Joey was fantastic. One of our sandwiches came out wrong and it was fixed in a good amount of time and the manager also came by to check on us. Overall a really good experience.
Where do I start.1. As shown in other reviews, the Service was very poor.2. An old and very dried out cheeseburger with American cheese that has the hard crunchy edges …. Mmmmmmmm3. An omelet with a slab of “kind of” unmelted American cheese on the top and burnt chopped up sausage link pieces wrapped up inside4 cold pancakes5 still waiting for my refill6. No silverware was available so we had to use plastic forks.7. Overcharged us for a meal we didn’t haveWon’t go back to this ihop
I really like this place. The staff are ALWAYS so nice and helpful. I do enjoy the diverse menus and the option of adding smaller things. Like a few pieces of bacon or a few pancakes. This restaurant is always really clean and the atmosphere is very inviting. My only gripe, the burgers and the steak aren't all that great. There's not enough flavor, and usually things seem a bit too overcooked. (Except the sirloin tips and onions, those are top notch!)But everything else is WONDERFUL. I was absolutely in love with the Lemon and Blueberry ricotta crepes!
