Let's start from the beginning. It took more than 10 minutes to place my order. Specifically asked for and pay for extra cheese on both pizzas. Even asked for them to make a special notation on the order form.NOPE, you would have thought that I asked to have light cheese. Why can't Domino's get it right. Get this, the Domino's we are ordered from is supposed to be a training site. REALLY!
If I could give this store ZERO stars I would. They will get an order and not make it for 45 mins. (If not longer). The staff doesn’t do anything but talk and screw around. So disappointed in the staff, the management and the district management for the lack of customer service.
Would be great if some of your drivers wouldn’t and why does it take so much time for y’all to finish an order it’s been over an hour
Their sausage is the best ingredient. It costs a lot of money but is the store that delivers food the latest at night outside of McDonald's on UberEats.
I drove to Domino's and placed my order indoors. I told them I would be waiting in the car, and they said it should be ready in about 18 minutes. After about 25 minutes, I went back inside and asked about the status of my order. They said it was ready, but that they do not take orders to customers outdoors if you place the order inside. They didn't offer to give me the pizza, much less at a discount. I left empty-handed. I suppose I have learned my lesson with them.
Excellent pizza, Alfredo pasta, chocolate lava cakes, marble cookie brownies and speciality chicken-jalapeño pineapple all are awesome tasty on 1717 christy Blvd, Jefferson city, MO-65109. Always they make it on time. Wonderful staff. They never disappoint me. I appreciate The staff. I love dominos
I ordered from here last night. I specifically asked that they put extra parmesan cheese and garlic butter on my garlic parmesan bites when they came out of the oven. I go to pick them up and check my order. Not only did it not have what I asked, when I asked young man by the counter if he could shake some more parmesan onto the bites, he hands me five parmesan packets. Are you kidding me?! And, the bites themselves were smaller than I've ever had before ever!Get it together, Domino's! They were simple instructions.
Where do I start. They hadn’t cleared theSidewalk out front. They were just now starting on that. Our pizza want what we ordered. We were supposed to have sauce. They asked if I wanted extra sauce. We didn’t want extra, just what we ordered. We got nothing. I foolishly used the button to indicate I was coming inside now so there would be “no interaction” with staff but when I came in the guy asked how he could help me. I had to give my name and tell him I was there for an order.
The Domino’s on Christy Dr always gets my order correct and delivered in good time. I like their app because I can get updates on my order and contactless delivery. Domino’s will always be my go-to for pizza delivery.
Second time I’ve placed an order only to wait nearly 4 hours.. the online estimate was 84-104 min. At 150 min I called and was told it would be another 40 min. Instead they waited until midnight and then cancelled my food. Ordered for my family at 8:16pm, app showed "Quality Check” at 9:31pm, only to be told at 12:15am that nothing was coming. ..dude. Nobody is 4 hours behind schedule.
