We have been dining here for decades. Food is always great, unfortunately tonight the service was very poor. I hope Bandy has another job because she was not very good at this one. Finally served water, no bread, had to go to the bar myself twice for drinks. The bartender served our supper as I have no idea where Brandy was spending her time because it just wasn't busy. I think we only saw Brandy twice and once was to bring the bill which she had no problem bringing on time. Yes, still tipped her but she didn't earn it. Great place, wonderful food, just one bad experience with the service. Please train your staff.
Had a wonderful meal here!! Service was very good, especially considering that our waitress was training another employee, and taking care of multiple tables. Food was fabulous, the house salad dressing is fantastic, and both my daughters meal and my meal arrived to our table piping hot!! I heartily recommend you try this place if you haven't already!
The entrees were wonderful, as was the bottle of Malbec. But my 10 year old was with us and the kids menu only had three options. He chose the cheeseburger which was served on hard bread and had nothing on it (no lettuce, tomato, etc.). And he didn't like the steak fries at all. I loved my meal, but won't go back if there aren't more choices for kids.
Before I start this review, I understand times are where restaurants are short staff. Most restaurants however make accommodations for this too - apparently not here. I recently moved here and thought I would try this place. It is a Tuesday night. I sat at the bar. There may have been 5-6 other probably regulars there and I was completely ignored most of the time. I had to beg practically for my wine. I asked for water with my my meal 3x never got it. Asked for my ticket 2x each time just told” hang on I’ll be right there” and would just walk by me and make other drinks. I could had walked out of the place at least twice and stuck them of I was that type of person because there was no one at the front entrance either. I finally got a different persons attention to pay my tab and get a water finally before leaving. I definitely didn’t feel welcomed to eat here being a new person in town. I guess it’s a place for regulars and they do not need new business.
I always love eating at Domenico's for special occasions. They are pricey but worth it. Steaks are always prepared to perfection. My favorite is always Veal Picata with extra sauce for my baked potato. The wait staff is always kind but can be a little slow, but they are always attentive.
This place is quaint with a nice decor and friendly professional staff. We were served quickly and the food was great. I would recommend.
Fantastic evening with great food and a wonderful staff. The family has been a great host to many family celebrations across multiple generations all the way from their roots in Florissant, MO. The owner was so kind to talk to me and my wife about their family and their pride shows up in the quality of their food and their fantastic staff. I would highly recommend visiting them in Jefferson City.

I have many food allergies and they were so Amazing. My waiter Ben took the time to make sure what I was eating was relayed to the cooks.All of their food is prepared from scratch so they are able to make it without any of my allergens. The food was Amazing, the waitstaff were amazing and the Owners are down to earth, friendly and Amazing! The husband was the one that altered my potato skins without dairy and the wife was the hostess. I had the salmon and my friend had the spaghetti with meat sauce. So much food for the price. Very family friendly or date night worthy! I wished I lived closer to be able to complete the latter.
The Service was Great! Very Friendly. Food Fantastic! In Jefferson City make a point to go and try it out!
