We walked in there were 3 people up front no one acknowledged us. We waited and was about to walk out till one worker turned to the register. She never said anything to is then was like can I help you. My buyer was crispy but still edible. The ice cream was good. Wished for better staff manners. My 1st visit ever and wasn't impressed.
My nephew and I visited Culver's located at1920 Jefferson St, Jefferson City, MO this week. We were asked to remove our sidearm and leave it in the car. The man in the Culver's uniform said he was the owner. I said okay have a nice day. He said no, just leave it in the car and come back in. I nicely said no, and left the property. We love the food but chose to go to Perkin's for a delicious meal and friendly service.
And usually the food is really good there, last night I went there though and did not have a very good experience at the drive-thru had trouble ordering my food I was wanting a fish basket and apparently they don't sell fish baskets there I could only get a fish sandwich with cheese and lettuce , did not like it I also ordered shrimp that I did not receive I didn't check my bag because the food is always good and everything is always been right in the past. I ordered a Pepsi and the drive-thru attendant kept saying diet Pepsi and I have to say no Pepsi and he would say diet Pepsi I don't know if he was messing with me or what I'm thinking about not going back
This Culver's is currently (April 2022) not worth stopping at. The staff behind the counter is young, teenage it appears, which is to be expected. However, the lack of attention to detail by the person taking my order resulted in my order being incorrect. Upon alerting another clerk to the situation I was met with a blank stare and apparent paralysis. The person appeared to have been frozen in fear and without knowledge on how to handle the situation. Later, our lunch was interrupted by about a dozen teenage workers, in blue uniforms laughing and talking in the corner of the dining room. Not only were they engrossed in their comical conversation, they were blocking the walkway to get through and seemed not to notice any of the patrons trying to navigate the situation. One wonders where the management was or if anyone of mature authority was on staff that day. Culver's corporate will be notified. Unacceptable.
Excellent burgers! Hands down the best in town. So many burgers to choose from it's unreal! Felt like a fat kid in a candy store!
Food and service is always great at Culver's. This location has a ridiculous parking area. The lot is very small and tight. So tight that a older man rubbed across the front of my truck Tearing off my license plate and Messing up my bumper. After this happened I thought it would have been better if I went through the drive-through then I realized How ridiculously small and tight that is as well. So make sure that you're driving a small compact car when you go visit this location.
For my first time, I was not impressed. The cashier that took my order was rude. The wait between items was far too long for fast food and the fries were cold and soggy.
My fav for concretes. But trying my best to.not eat dairy becuz the dairy industry is evilI sure hope they get their milk not from a giant dairy farm. I should ask its my only down fall.is ice cream
We went here for the Walleye Sandwich but they were out already so we opted for the Cod Fish Dinner which was very tasty. The service was welcoming and very efficient. Will definitely return.
Always has good food and concrete's! Everybody is always quick with food and very friendly. Always clean.
