Absolutely feculent customer service. Would not make what I wanted. All I asked for was either a large quesadilla Or two kids quesadillas. Employee was snotty and rude about it. Was going to order for my entire family but just decided to walk out. Welcome to the dark ages of customer service and courtesy avoid this place like the plague.So update, after being treated like garbage we went over to McAllister’s deli up the street. We were Treated with the upmost courtesy and respect. Our food is made swiftly and well and most importantly it was what we asked for. Take a lesson, you said no to a customer and you lost business to another company. You lost future revenue from not only me but my family and likely Everyone else I share my experience with. It will be the last time I set foot in any Chipotle.
Extremely busy unprofessional environment cashiers always getting smart & sarcastic ppl making the food never give the correct amount of protein rice, or extra protein and arguing with each other behind the bar.
Excellent food. One day I will be able to eat inside instead of having to DoorDash.
Sadly I dropped stars down to 1 star after this last visit...I have never had an issue with this Chipotle before.We live over an hour away and order from here anytime we pass or even get near Jeff City. Sometimes we come just for the Chipotle. We ordered 4 bowls online and when we got home to eat, we were highly disappointed.Both the pollo asada bowls and both the steak bowls were the skimpiest Chipotle bowls I have ever seen!For averaging $15/$16 a bowl, this is ridiculous and saddens me deeply because I have always been a huge Chipotle fan.
Rice was hard...and the chicken was hard! I ended up throwing my food away. Waste of 10 bucks for a chicken bowl. Don't try to call their restaurant no one answers anything! And the auto system wants you to place a dam order! Will never go back! Ever!
When we were making our burritos there was one person at the counter and it was very dirty. Went to go sit down and all the tables were dirty. Went to go get some sodas and there was soda everywhere and the ice had overfilled. Went to use the restroom and the bathroom had not been cleaned in a couple of weeks. Will never go to that chipotle again and will tell all my friends not to go there
This was my first time at Chipotle!! The food was absolutely fantastic!!! Definitely can't wait to stop by there again!
Got there as soon as they opened and several things still weren't ready so there was a short wait to get out food. Food was great as always though!
What a joke of a restaurant! Bought 5 salads, asked for dressing, they told me it was in the bags. We decided to dine in. There was no dressing in the bags, then they told us they didn’t have any dressing because of a broken blender! Went to get Dr Pepper out of the fountain machine. It was out, and couldn’t get anyone to fix it before we were ready to leave. Spent $60+ dollars at this place and not got the cold shoulder from the employees. We will never be back
This was by far the worse food I have ever tasted! Rice was undercooked and black beans was undercooked. The lady helping us talked so fast you couldn't understand her. Plus they charge just to get guacamole when everywhere else that comes with your dish. I will never step foot in one of these restaurants again.
