In town for business and stopped in for dinner. My server was Savanah, who I learned this was her 3rd day on the job. I ordered my usual but to my disappointment learned they took it off the menu (Chicken fried steak dinner). I decided on the 6oz sirloin and it was fantastic. Cooked EXACTLY as requested (well done). The prompt, friendly service and contagiously fun personality of Savanah was a pleasant surprise from the Independence, MO store (That one is pathetic). thank Savanah for the excellent service!
We waited 5 to 10 minutes before our waitress come. Then she couldn't write down but 1 item at a time, brought it almost everything at once. Had to ask for our drinks, then she brought out someone else's drinks. She didn't come check on us until we were ready to leave. The restaurant was dirty, bathroom was dirty, toilet seat was about to fall off. We ordered guacamole dip and it was warm and disgusting. The broccoli was not good either. The person that seated us was contently on their phone with their pants hanging half way of their butt with their underwear showing. Very unprofessional, this was the worst experience I've ever had, will not go back.
Food was served cold and not completely plated every thing came at once and over 10 minutes on drinks and there was literally 15 tables 3 to less people per table. Did nothing but offer replacement for our meals at that time same day. No discounts or possibility of a future comp meal. It seriously was awful . I have worked fast and restaurants service and I definitely would have done way better than they did ??
We placed an order online and waited 30 minutes. When we got here they didn't have our order because they had handed it out to someone here for doordash. The manager was understanding but in total we probably had to wait another 20 minutes before the food was ready. The wait ruined the rest of the plans we had this evening.
Took 20 minutes to get drinks. Brought them out one at a time…2 of the exact same drinks. 7 people in all eating there. Paid for drinks and left. Never took food order.
I went here at 5:30pm on 5-17-22 and found the whole bar area closed. The Hostess said they don’t have a bartender.. Why isn’t there a bartender? This place gets worse every time I come here. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!This place really needs new management and employees to get it back to a good restaurant.The owner just needs to shut this place down if it is going to always be like this all summer. This place is losing a lot of money the way it is being ran by someone who doesn’t care about the business. This used to be a great place to eat a few years ago…
When we finally got seated after being told 20 min witch turned into a 45 min wait not because they were busy but because the employees were to busy with each other when we did get seated it was because a customer after us spoke up tables were nasty. When we finally were able to order our waiter was to busy on his phone and sitting with a nother customer to be bothered to make sure we got our salads before our main meal had to ask different employee for refills our waiter finally came apology to tell us hes sorry but his brother is in jail and he needs to take that call
Arrived 10 minutes early and waited patiently. 10 minutes after the food should have been done it was brought to us. We took it back to our hotel. The food was cool and the wrap was chewy. Worst Chili's I have ever been to.
My family and I went on a Wednesday evening at about 6. There are 3kids, my husbands grandma, my husband and I. We were told they are only seating the bar and asked if we could sit at 2 separate tables. Also my kids are 7 4 2 and 5 months. So sitting at 2 tables wasn’t an option. That was the second bad experience. We left because clearly they didn’t care to have our business.
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!!!This place is going downhill very fast… They have inconsistent hours of service, sometimes the inside dining area isn’t open at all. Some days they’re only open for to-go orders.. This place is losing customers and money, they might as well close their doors permanently…
