Wanted some Cheese Tots today thet served them cooked in OLD GREASE tasted burnt returned them and was told we don’t give refunds and that’s the way we cook them and was told we can’t change the grease till end of shift
Traveling through JC and stopped on our way home tonight and went through the drive thru. 39.00 and the food was so cold we couldn’t even eat it. The soda had no carbonation in it so you couldn’t drink it. I called and spoke to the manager on shift and was told that I would have to call corporate tomorrow. We do not recommend this location.
I went there last night and there was only one guy working. He took my order, prepared my food, and got it to me in under five minutes. It was hot and delicious. I wish I could remember that dude’s name to give him his props.
Even tho they was short staffed they was very thoughtful. My chicken was fresh,good and bacon hamburger was good.

Ok so Burger King. Its a franchise. The idea is to get the same experience irrespective of the location. This location is not too far from my job. I like that you can get an order of chicken nuggets for a reasonable price. I usually order the double cheese burger. Sometimes it's hot sometimes it's just room temperature. I think some of the employees give a s**t others do not. Such is the new world we live in.
It's a shame that the employee works by themselves. The last one we went to in Jeff City, Mo was across the highway 54 from McDonald's. The guy did his best, great customer service and a great meal.The other Burger King in Jeff City- the guy was rude. The dining room was open, noone inside, waited 5 minutes before he even came up front to tell us he would get to us when he was done with the drive thru line.
When we where there it was empty except one elderly lady and it was cold so cold we kept our coats on due to there door being left ajar cause it is broke later ajar good half foot to foot wide spring system was busted or something elderly lady brought this to one of the staffs attention and she brushed it off like she was crazy said it was just the wind my husband went up told them same thing even tried fixing it again same result when we got our hot food it was cold by time we got to our seat due to how cold it was inside cause off the broken door
Only go if you have at least 45 minutes to spare. No joke this place takes forever and by the time you get your food it's cold and the fries I had were burned. Avoid!
