We were there for lunch today, I got the pork and brisket lunch platter along with a baked potato and green beans and I was not disappointed! ? It was amazing, the pork and brisket were both very moist and flavorful. Definitely a 5 ? experience!! And our server Molly was very friendly and attentive. ??

The food was excellent! We had a party of seven and everyone was pleased. Including the kids! Portions we're amazing. But even better was the service. Kylie K. Took care of us. She was the best! Exactly what a waitress should be! Friendly and efficient! She checked on us regularly and was on top of refills. She was great! When we go back we will definitely ask for her service again!
The Bandanas in Jefferson City is such a great place to go for dinner. Alex was our server, and she was amazing! She was very friendly, attentive, and was quick with our order. Highly recommend coming here if you enjoy barbecue and a great wait staff. Thanks Alex!
Food was cold when we finally got it—- when I mentioned it to manager this is what he said-“we are doing the best we can— we normally aren’t this busy the day after Valentine’s Day. What do you want me to do about it?? Really??? Good thing I wasn’t a mystery shoppper or I would of failed you on attitude alone. Pretty sure in house orders take precedence over online or to go orders. So your excuse as to why our order was taking so long is not good enough… manager was rude , disrespectful. Felt sorry for waitress. She was excellent.
It was my first time at a Bandanas and our waitress Haeven had excellent service. She made sure we got everything we needed along with being very welcoming. My family and I will definitely be coming back.
I had a wonderful experience! We had Haeven as our server and she was very polite all evening! She treated each person as if they were a friend and not just a customer! She’s definitely on my recommendation list and the food was amazing as well!
My aunt and cousin make a day trip to Jefferson City from Kansas, at least once a month and she meets her remaining sisters and brother at Bandana's for lunch and catch up with each other. We have had the same sweet and helpful server the past few times. Haeven is always helpful and patient as they all make their selections and is quick to refill a glass or offer a to go container when we are getting ready to leave. She is truly an asset to the Jefferson City Bandana's team.
