Don’t fall for their gimmick bonus cards and spend wisely with other restaurants that honor their cards when you purchase.
Quite literally one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. My burger was very undercooked, my dads steak was pretty much everything a steak should not be, and the waitress was inattentive, rude, and and obviously didn’t receive very good training, if any. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
Usually the food is really good here I ate here once or twice a month, last night I got the worst steak I've ever had in my entire life. It was full of crystal I couldn't cut it with the plastic knife today he gave me with my curbside delivery. I'm probably not going back again.
Went for the 1/2 price appetizers. They took a bit to come out, however they were fresh and tasty. The uniform policy makes it hard to identify employees. The restroom had a bad odor. Just an OK experience overall.
We haven’t been to Applebee’s for a few years now but thought we would try it again and boy were we disappointed! We waited 30-35 minutes for our food and when it came out mine was cold (4 cheese Mac & Cheese with honey pepper chicken) and my husbands riblet plate looked like someone had regurgitated the riblets…? I don’t know about you Company Owners but if I had a restaurant my food would always come out of my kitchen looking like I just cooked for my family and it would be mouth watering…every single dish every single day! The country we live in today is bad enough and I would think because of that you would be doing everything you could to keep your local patrons coming back time & time again!!We won’t be back again!
Very rude when asked to change things refused to do what’s asked if the customer then makes a rude remark in how we don’t matter because we wanted our food to go after how rude we were treated by the waiter EMILY B! I will never eat here agin after how rude we were treated tonight on 06/9/22 at 5:57
The food itself was alright. My steak was like chewing bubble gum. The salad was great, tho. I don’t go to Applebees for the food, really. It’s about those cheap, but strong, adult beverages! Gets me drunk fast so I don’t have to worry about the quality of food. Great place for going with friends to talk and listen to music on the touch tunes. I would recommend for nights out with friends. Dinner with family I would be cautious on what you order. There is good food, just not the steak.
Food was pretty good, but didn't end up getting one of the sauces I had ordered. One dish was Fiesta Lime Chicken and it seems like the cheese mexi-sauce is less and less each time.
Absolutely disgusting ICE cold food!! Waitress went by table 6-7 times-never stopped. Our food took 1 hour and 20 minutes..:just to BE COLD…Deserves no stars. Do not come here!
Food was great service was bad bad bad honey left a 5 dollar tip that was not deserved. When you have to ask for sweetner for my unsweet 3 times and finial got it half way through my meal and then my grandson had to ask for refill to get it with the check and asked it for a togo cup and waited another 10 min and went to bar and got one, but the topper was Mom got coffee and never once was offered a refill and mind you a cup of coffe was 3.29 so never again great food at other places also.
