It would've been better if the box hadn't busted when we got out of the car or the super long wait as usual... We tried Wing stop but if it was that deal I didn't get to savor it due to extenuating circumstances.???
Barely any chicken included in my thigh bite meal. To the point that I actually stopped everything and took pictures.Then some of the carrots looked gross and old.Rest of the meal was ok, but for over 6 dollars in thigh bites you expect to have something that might fill up a small child. At least. The food itself(besides the carrots) were delicious.Ive been a fan of wingstop but I think its time to take a break from the relationship.Edit - I reached out to the restaraunt and was taken care of. At the very least I feel like wingstop took responsibility and took care of the issue completely. Faith restored.
The guys who is managing these location of father's day, really don't care for customers. Ask about the lids, with a strong rude tone said right in front. Want to dine inn but there were flies every were, i ask to take out. The chair i was going to sit after requests to take out had a foot print on seat, i ask the manager you may need to clean it for other customers, he ask me to live the store. I ask him I want refuse the orderaked him for refund, took him an 5 minutes to do refund. I will never come back to this location. All employees are good and ready to listen to customers expect for this Gentleman, was very abuse too, ten times he told he don't care about listening to customers. Never coming back to this place because of him, There was no sense of responsibility to customers. If asking for lid is too mush for this Gentleman, is asking for fixing the dirty chair is too mush for this Gentleman, do this Gentleman who say he is a manager does asking for him to behave like a Manager is too much for him, were would this franchise draw a line and say enough is enough, Manager should listen to customers & not abuse them
Today june 29 around 8:30 pm, we went into wing stop, the blonde cashier was extremely sweet and helpful. When her coworker was visibly stressed, she went and told her everything was okay, she was going to help. Proceeded to bring the chairs down so people waiting could sit instead of standing, and overall was an amazing worker.
Ordered food from them tonight to be delivered. Placed order at 5:55pm said order will be ready at 6:37pm here it is 7:11pm haven’t heard nothing or received food. Will definitely not be ordering again
I had a great dinner here with my daughter. The food was hot and fresh and they even threw in a free brownie for my daughter Kipp, Alveon and the crew were awesome! Come here if you want good hot and fresh wings.
Didn't think I'd be reviewing a Wingstop, but here I am... My wife and I came in because she was craving their fries (no she ain't pregnant).Upon arriving we were greeted by an employee sweeping the lobby and a man who appeared to be a manager. Both were so kind and looked to be enjoying their day. The woman was very patient while we decided what we wanted.When our food was done the man brought it to our table and mentioned that if the fries were not up to our standards he'd bring some new ones!The food was all great and my wife's fry craving was satisfied. Thanks Wingstop for serving us with your top tier crew and delicious wings and fries. We will be back!
First time at the store today and it will be the last unsanitary conditions And my wings do not smell very good at all I still ate them unfortunately now I’ve never been sicker this place is definitely not a good place to go definitely don’t recommend it unless you want to get sick
Terrible customer service. I have been calling this establishment for a month now, and no one picks up the phone. EVER, I have actually been calling to see about employment but it gives me a bad taste in my mouth to work for a company that won’t even answer their phones. What if I were and employee and it was a family emergency and someone was trying to reach me??? Yep After calling 1000 times I am officially upset and disturbed. So much so that it has caused me to leave a review, and I never do things like this. And here it is, all I was wanting was a chance at employment. Do better, because you all put a bad taste in my mouth.
Online ordering unavailable, and no one answering the phones to place an order.. I feel like this is a bad SNL skit. It seems like they’re doing everything in their power to avoid taking my money.
