DoorDash was used as 3rd party 2 deliver. 1st & LAST interaction w/that useless svc. Order NOT delivered 2 me. DoorDash wouldn't assist - I did all the leg work 2 get this corrected. ???
my food was delivered with the pizza falling over to one side as if it was thrown on my porch. it was also on my porch for 45 minutes before we found it because I requested that it be delivered to the side deck where I can hear the person coming in. I called to complain but the manager would do nothing. I do not work command the store because of the poor service
Nasty nasty nasty. Soggy covered in cold sauce the wings looked old the staff was unfriendly and the store was filthy. Stomach pain all night after that

Ordered a Supremo P'zone and some garlic knots in the store. The wait didnt really take long. It was about 10 minutes. The guy running the cashier did a good job making sure my order was correct. The instore service was better than their online-delivery service when they always mess up my online orders.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST pizza hut in the KC area. Staff are rude, disrespectful and incompetent. I doubt management staff have the balls to actually manage anyone with the way they treat and talk to customers. We order often and always have something wrong. Today I called because the order was wrong when it was delivered. The girl that answered the phone was rude and let me know my complaint was not important and she was busy and would have the driver bring what we paid for and they forgot, when she had time because she had orders on her screen. I will call corporate and report this girls behavior and report the store for the incompetence.
Was waiting longer then expected so, the manager gave me extra food it was so good and worth the wait
Stop over charging people. I placed an order that came to $16.02 and they charged me $20
