The burgers and fries are very good home style kind of burgers with creative takes and fries are seasoned just right. I will be back soon.

We wanted to check out this restaurant because my daughter is a long NKOTB fan. We went to try it the other day. I no longer eat meat because of my love for animals. I was thrilled to discover they had an Impossible Burger for those like me. It was delicious! It had the char flavoring of being cooked on a bar-b-que. The fries were great. It was very clean. The staff was friendly and service was perfect. We will go there again and if I'm in the mood for a burger, I can go there for a delicious plant-based burger!

The employees are Hy_vee employees and domt know much about the company they say they are supposed to follow all rules walburger corporate does but don't know them. I got mommas sloppy jo and it's sad to say but manwhich has 10x more flavor then this sloppy jo. My wife got an impossible burger and really enjoyed it what's cool about this place is they have a live feed of the kitchen in the dining area .

Great service and great burgers. My sweet potato tater tots were amazing and my moms onion rings were flaky and crispy! Will be back!

Just passing thru KC and always wanted to try Walhburger's. I thought the burger had lots of flavor and cooked to your liking. The fries were crispy and lightly salted, really good, and loved the Walh sauce. I like the restaurant set up and the bar. I plan to stop by for breakfast and try it. Overall I was extremely pleased and don't understand the negative reviews.

You go into store to order, then they bring out food to the restaurant. Burgers were good but I think overpriced. Didn't care for the onion rings. They have a bar in the restaurant part if you need to get drunk before going grocery shopping, it will help with the price of meat

Watching the staff work as they took 40+ minutes to make me a burger would have been hilarious if it wasn't so sad. The best word I can use to describe what I saw would be "disastrous". I can't fathom this place getting repeat customers. The manager, if that's even who I saw (noone seemed to give any direction or have any authority), either needs some serious training in actual kitchen leadership, or requires replacement. 1 star isn't low enough.

Food was pretty good, the burger was well seasoned and the fries well salted. The Wahl sauce was even pretty good and unique, not just another carbon copy of Mac sauce. The service wasn't ideal though. You order in the store, seat yourself, and wait. There were no high chairs or boosters for our kids, and the food took a little longer to come out than I cared for. Would probably give the food alone 4 stars, but since the service was weird, I'm gunna drop it to a 3.

The manager of that story needs to be fired. My first interaction I thought he was the bar tender and I thought he was just rude.I ended up waiting over 20 min for my burger that was a to go order and it ended up the manager had taken my order to someone else so when I asked to speak to a manager he came to the cooks not me and started asking what their problem was not mine.I spoke up and told him they did nothing wrong but front of house service was horrible he offered my money back but that was it. No coupons or anything. I told him the ladt next to me had been waiting 15 min just to pay and he just walked away. Cooks were very nice and tried to help way more than management. They both need raises. Cashier and manager need to go.

Winter go to wahlburgers, we're told to go out in the store to order and they would bring our food to us. Nobody asked us what we wanted to order as we stood there waiting to order. Two customers came out to check on their order and see where it is because they've been waiting for their order. Customers were complaining that orders were being served wrong. So we chose not to eat at wahlburgers and go find someplace else to dine.
