Absolutely loved this beautiful Italian Ristorante tucked away on 40 Highway in Independence. Not only is the food absolutely delicious, their selection was wonderful. I had the Fettuccine Alfredo di Mare (seafood) and it was some of the best Fettuccine Alfredo I have had since I lived in Italy. I also ordered the Sangria and it was delectable. The service was excellent and all in all a wonderful experience, Grazie Mille !! ?✨?
I've heard great/amazing things about this restaurant, but they all fell short. We ordered an appetizer, 2 entrees, and a pizza. Our food came out after about 30-45 minutes, no appetizer in sight. Then, we discovered our pizza was incorrect and had to send it back. At this point it was already 30 minutes after close. They forgot the appetizer completely, then brought it out telling us they wouldn't charge us for it. They didn't do anything to discount the fact that the pizza was wrong and took another 30 minutes to come out. I was forced to eat alone because the rest of my table was already done. Stacy was nice though; the only redeeming thing. Overall, a really poor and disappointing experience. ?
Always wonderful! We have been eating at V's for over 45 years and we are always pleased with their great food and wonderful service! We ate there Saturday night before a concert and had Stevie as our server. She was very attentive and very knowledgeable. We got the Fettuccine Fruttti Di Mare and it is fantastic. It's one of our favorites! Again, always wonderful!

Anniversary dinner. Service and atmosphere was excellent. Newly redecorated and nicely done. Staff and management are always friendly. We noticed an increase in prices overall, which is typical. Food was very good; not quite as good as we have previously had. I still recommend.
