It was my first time trying Three Pigs BBQ , I was highly impressed.. I Ordered A Little Bit Of Everything Sandwich & It Was BOMB! The Potatoe Casserole Was Amazing And Perfectly Seasoned, The Meat Was Absolutely Amazing!! I Didn't Think I Could Eat It All But It Was So Good I Couldn't Stop Myself lol. If You're Thinking About Trying Them, Run Don't Walk ? LOL I Will Be Back Soon!!

People complaining about the sauce, or lack of, don't really like BBQ. They like BBQ sauce. If sauce is your thing, you don't need to worry about the meat, the sauce covers it. Try Gates, they LOVE to over-sauce,,,nobody knows what their meat actually tastes like.If you want great-tasting meat, however, Three Pigs is the place to go. No sauce necessary, but if you use it, you won't be disappointed. Best burnt ends in town, too!
Chris catered an event for us last night. The brisket was delicious. He arrived promptly and the food was hot. Say yes to cheesy corn. One of our guests said “those were the best beans I’ve had in my life.” We highly recommend, we will most certainly be using them for future events.
The food has always been good, but in recent experiences one of the gentlement inside of the food truck continually makes negative comments towards me for wearing a face mask. My choices are mine, and your choices are yours.
