Great, low carb breakfast served there! Fantastic. Also, the veggie omelet is also great, has mushrooms, spinach, onions, and tomatoes, minus the ham that the low carb breakfast has.
I had the meal that was put together on behalf of the dude from diners drive ins and dives. It’s about 16 bucks. The quantity was great. Things that weren’t great.-How hard my biscuit was-undercooked hashbrowns that had 0 crunch-the weirdly low amount of gravy given how much of everything else they give you.Not horrible but not worth 16 bucks
Not bad, our waitress was really good. The food was above average but we like a few other joints in the area a little more. (Boozy coffee always earns an extra star!) ;)
The staff here in Lee's Summit. Are slow and unskilled. Patrons standing by the door, while there are empty tables. The layout of this restaurant is odd. They couldn't figure out to turn tables sideways to seat a group of 8. Asked if big biscuit had any gluten free options. The waiter was clueless. I'd recommend calling way in advance. And you won't need to arrive on time either.
So I decided to take my sister out for breakfast and here is the place she wanted to go to so as we came in the place seem very nice and welcomed but as we were being seated I noticed that the waitress was headed to the back well that was fine too until I noticed that no lie all of the black peoples was seating on one side and they perceive to seat the whites around us I also notciced that in the front as I was leaving there was only one black man seated around nothing but white people now call me racist all you wanted but that just how I felt decriminated and my sister notice it to once I said something this is so not fair or right that all the back people were seating on one side from the whites I will never go back to this place ever again
It was 11:30am today, Sunday, 3/20/2022, requested a single open seat at the counter. The hostess was really busy and asked me to wait even though the seat was open. The restaurant was crowded. After about ten minutes she had seated several people who where waiting and I asked again about the open seat at the counter. She told me to hold on and turned to the hostess tablet ignoring me. I walked over to the empty seat and asked the people sitting next to the open seat who indicated it was available. The waitress behind the counter said to let the hostess know your going to sit there. So I did. The hostess told me to hold on again. So I left and went to Cracker Barrell down the street and was seated immediately and had a nice meal.
It appears the menu has been re-vamped since the last time I ate here. Lots and lots of items to choose from. Lots of the oldies but some new ones that I will have to give a whirl on my next visit. Cynthia was our waitress and was on top of her game. Very attentive to all the customers in her area and very bubbly. There needs to be more Cynthia's in the server industry. The servings were HUGE for our food and of very high quality in taste.
Absolutely amazing! Great service and delicious food!!
Breakfast with my wife; the service was excellent. Food was OK requested soft scrambled eggs received a hard, slightly brown rubber mat. My wife, ask the waitress to have the eggs remade; she did have eggs remade were edible the second time but took a while. Appreciated the effort
Fantastic food and service!
