I think this was the second time, I've eaten at Taco John's, in my life.It's very good!Kind of weird with tater tots... but the street tacos and the deluxe burrito was awesome!
We went through the drive thru. There was no wait. Food was fresh and the young lady at the window was very friendly.
So I went the today and got some food didn't ask me if I wanted the nacho cheese for the potato oles.... Then I get to the window my drink looked like it was half drank and when they gave me my food the hash browns were all over the bag and the taco salad box was open turned around went back and gavee new stuff but they acted like they were annoyed that I came back and showed them what happened very rude guy that took my order at drive thru gave me a dirty look when I came back in and he walked away
No FAST FOOD gets a 5. Friendly and quick and CORRECT service...Who doesn't like Taco Bravos & Taco Salad from here? The Mango Shrimp Street Tacos were ok, but worth a try.
These folks need to take more care preparing orders correctly...and neater. I've been going to Taco John's for at least 40 years...too bad the one in Blue Springs closed... this one needs to take lessons.
BRING BACK CRUNCHY CHICKEN!!!I don't come to Taco John's often, because they rarely get my order right, but sometimes you just have a craving and give it a go. Well, they no longer serve crunchy chicken, and the chick through the drive thru speaker said they have new chicken strips that are comparable to crunchy chicken. So I got it. And they are DISGUSTING. Barely any meat, the breading is awful and flavorless, and the strips were hard. I couldn't even finish them.And they didn't give me potato oles either. The Dr. Pepper fountain drinks are terrible too. It has no syrup, consistently.
I ordered chicken street tacos which she asked me to confirm that & I did, ended up with steak anyways. I asked for two sides of pico, received one half full souffle cup that was old. Onions were rank. No taco sauce , napkins or utensils in bag.
The entire staff is polite and professional. The place was clean and everything came out hot which is unusual for most fast food places!
We've been to this location 3 times and every single time we go the food is not good. Nothing is as advertised and they give you small servings. We ordered the Chicken Quesidila tacos and the fish tacos and they were super small, barely had anything on them and had no flavor. I hate complaining because the service is nice but the food is not good at all. the fish tacos had 2 tiny fish pieces, more like 2 chicken nuggets and crumbs. Save your money and go next door to taco bell because this location sucks
Went through the drive-thru to pick up a doordash order it would be helpful if the order was ready time I got there specially when there was no one in the drive-through and the doors were locked not sure what the employees do but come on there's no sense in making the order when I get there it should have been ready time I got there
