Just thought I'd say that never having the Mexican Pizza available after bringing it back sucks on taco Bell in general.. not this store in particular
I don't get it you here people say bad things about Taco Bell..... I really like it there!!!
The manager that was working drive thru was very hateful we asked for a cherry slushy she said it was out so we ask if there was other option she snaps at us "NO" as we are looking at the slushy machine with 2 flavors that was working. hands us or Mexican pizza in a sack upright position
Waited 35 minutes to be told they were out of tomatoes. Every time I come to this location they are always out of an important ingredient. They NEVER run the national specials.... I'm saddened they are so bad at their job and give other Taco Bell's a bad name. Please figure it out.... By the way believe it or not that's supposed to be a Mexican pizza and you can tell it's been sitting and the second item it SUPPOSED TO BE a 5 layer.... Bad bad bad I'll take cold Taco bell from Liberty at least they rarely run out of things and get orders right
I DoorDash in my free time, for fun and extra money. No one in drive-thru and told to pull around front. Been waiting for my orders for 10 minutes and had to apologize to my customers for the delay. Coffee machine down and dashers are required to ask if our customers would like to substitute for anything. Hard to do when they have had you pull around and won’t answer the phone (line busy and then hangs up). Got another customer parked behind me, who I saw enter an empty drive thru and apparently also told to pull around.
The guy with the glasses at the window and Thon are super awesome, both are great friendly workers and deserve a raise ! Love coming to this Taco Bell every time
This is definitely the best Taco Bell in Independence. The only Taco Bell where the food looks exactly like the commercials. I missed Taco Bell looking forward to coming here again.
A mistake was made on my order and before I could even drive around, Renee had it corrected and out the door to me. Give that girl a raise! Be patient as everyone is hiring and training as best they can.
Ordered alot of special order food. My wife and I are picky. It was all made perfect and tasted great!! All the staff were very courteous!!
It was really goodHad several different menu items and they were all hot and well made
