There is a lack of communication between the staff. Which lends itself to a wait for food items. I wish they had a cleaner store overall. Make for sure you check your order for the correct food. When going through the drive-thru. It's not as bad as I have witnessed at other locations.
It’s a pretty good Taco Bell, better than others in area.
Did not disappoint on the time it got out nor the taste, but employee did put my 2 Mexican pizzas upside down lol.... still tasted good ?
Order was made wrong ate there no ice in lobby fountain machine had to ask for it staff didn’t pay attention when we asked for ice took 10 min for them to acknowledge me
If you are going to have young kids work up there at least have someone that can mange them !!!! I ordered two beefy melt burritos and both were wrapped sloppy and wrong. We had no napkins . Far from a beefy melt, if I pay for something I expect to get what I pay for. FYI quesadilla don't come with lettuce !
I ordered burrito supremes and asked for the sour cream on the side. I was told that if the sour cream isn't served on the burrito it's considered a side and therefore would be charged 70 cents per burrito, as the sour cream container is an extra cost. Just sharing.
Always nice. Customer service is always amazing. Had a little confusion on how much money we gave but the cashier handled it gracefully. I believe she might have been training but she did an amazing job. Will definitely be back.
Did not get enough Hot sauce.Had 8 items that require 2 hot sauce packets per item and got 7 packets of sauce and not all the sauce was hot like I requested.
They were short staffed and was running a little behind, but after a short wait the food was the most fulfilling I've ever received from a Taco Bell.
Got a chicken quesadilla meal and WOW. THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD IN OVER 40 DIFFERENT STATES. The cheese was perfectly melted.
