First no welcoming, second there were 3 employees 1 was sitting on table second was on phon 3rd one on register no customer stand 30sed and someone came didn’t ask for bread or anything so i have to tell her I need this bread and this meat didn’t gave napkins and yes no thank you at all ,like never going again, worse service ever
Nearly the same experience as the previous person. Ordered online and went to pick up food. Everything on our order was wrong… they ran out of roast beef, forgot to put lettuce on a BLT, forgot to put banana peppers on another sandwich, forgot to put cheese on another. Essentially nothing was correct on a $30 order.Called up and tried to let them know they messed up my order and was promptly told that I “need to learn how to read a receipt.” Tried to tell him (Gary the manager) everything on the receipt and what was missing, was told I didn’t know what I was talking about and hung up on me.Tried to call back again today, was told (by Gary) I needed to call a different number. Was actually just given the store number which I had already called and was talking to him on and proceeded to leave me on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up again.Have already filed a complaint with corporate. Will not be returning and will make sure to tell everyone I know to stay away from the place.
I ordered by Club sandwich online and when I returned to work ready to eat I see that there is no roast beef. The issue is not that the store was out of roast beef but that at no point did they tell me. The online system allowed me to order and pay for something they could not properly make. The workers in the store did not call to see if they could add anything in it's place or if I would like to change my order. When I picked my food up from the store I spoke with the girl working and she did not bother to inform me of any of this. Most disappointing is that when I opened my sandwich they did not even give me more of the other meats that go on the sandwich they just shorted me. I called to speak to a manager and he was not in, the girl I spoke to stated she printed off my receipt and took my name and number so management could call me that evening. I never received a call so I called the next day and Gary (the manager) answered the phone and while I an explaining who I am and the situation, tells me to call back later and hangs up. I will never spend my money at such a disrespectful location again.
Went in to get my family lunch and the employees refused to serve the three customers in side stating it qould be an hour had a be back in 10 min on the door but yet customers like me amd 2 others were able to come in and thee employees were very rude.
Service is great I always enjoy working here. We do make our own bread and it may take a minute to cook but it's excellent. Would highly recommend as a job if you don't have one yet.
Mary was amazing!! She was by herself working but she had you in and out. She was so kind, I hope I get her whenever I come to subway!! You Rock Mary!!
Picked up a doordash here. Only one employee was there, didn't catch his name but he was wearing a bandana with pins and the subway logo on it with short, curly reddish-brown hair.. He completely ignored my existence and his attitude was unacceptable. Consistent cases of him throwing lids, empty containers, and serving utensils at the sink literally 3 feet away. Slamming the oven, etc. Waited for 20 minutes before he finally started to do anything with my order despite only one other customer inside. Sad service and even sadder representation of the company.
My 2 boys and I go in there tonight . No one up front, so we wait for a few. Then after a while we hear some noise in the back. So I say hello, no response. We wait a while longer, then I holler again hello. Same thing no response. We continue to wait, I say it again. This time some mumbling comes out from back. My oldest son said he looked at me. After little while long I said hello, more mumbling. We finally just left after a while. Definitely will not be going to that subway multiple other options around.
Want to give zero stars but that's is not offered. Store was absolutely out of everything at 5:30 pm. Just shut the place down
